Coral Suites & Spa - Adults Only

Over all it was a good hotel but some pointers need to be looked at to make it a really good 4 star experience. Check in - This was really smooth and easy considering we arrived at 9pm and dinner finished at half past they really tried to get us through quickly so we can catch some food. Room - We were in 113, suite with pool view and were really impressed with the look and how clean it was over the 14 days. Really impressed with the rain shower. A little bit noisy as the bathroom has wooden grates that can hear absolutely everything from the corridor. Pool/Rooftop - The pool was good and we usually spent the day here, things to make it better would definitely be a little bit of music playing as it was against the rules to play your own, also to be able to have some rings/floats in pool as this again was against the rules of the hotel which we thought was silly. Food - The breakfast was really good and the quality of the food seemed to be great but there’s only so much egg/sausage and fruit you can eat in 2 weeks so we ended up going out a lot of mornings. Lunch just seemed like it was a carry on from breakfast mostly with some burgers and chips thrown in. There’s a different theme for dinner each night and they seemed to do it very well but again, by the second week it was the exactly same menu as the first so maybe changing it up would be good to make it not as repetitive for the guests. All inclusive - The hotel had a big all inclusive menu with local spirits and some cocktails on it, you were allowed 2 drinks per guest every time you went to the bar and that seemed to work well for us, food was decent enough and we managed to make the most of the AI, definitely think it’s worth the money. Atmosphere of the hotel - We really didn’t like the entertainment, it was usually a singer in the main reception/bar area so the atmosphere was really none. Definitely need to be looked at and changed to how the entertainment works in this hotel, there’s a huge pool area and roof top where you could also provide other things for the younger guests. During the second week a lot of younger guests seemed to arrive and were really noisy at night, playing there music really loudly and shouting from the balconies. There was only one person on the reception at night after 12 so this wasn’t dealt with at all for the 2 weeks we were there. This is a non smoking hotel so you can’t smoke on your balcony or anywhere around the hotel, there’s a little seated area at the front where you have to go and have a cigarette if you wanted. We did enjoy our stay here overall, it’s located on a street with lots of bars and shops in walking distance but we wouldn’t return here; just too many negatives personally.

Originally we were due to stay in Coral Ocean View which was under refurbishment so changed to this hotel after reading the reviews we were very anxious, but all I can say from the moment we arrived nothing but good very clean lovely smell rooms cleaned every day decent sized pool plenty of sun beds food plenty of options and I’m a fussy eater, the area itself plenty of shops bars and restaurants 10 minutes from the beach would definitely come back.

Hotel was lovely rooms cleaned every day, Big thank you to the cleaning staff, and all the staff in hotel, the food was spot on.if I hat to have a negative comment about the hotel is that all inclusive drinks Stop at 11 pm and yet the Bar is still open till 11:30pm but all guests have to pay for drinks 🤷‍♂️

Second time in this hotel and cannot fault it. Rooms are great, very clean, mini kitchen with everything you need and very comfy beds. Room was serviced every day. Stayed B & B and the breakfast was very good, the best we have ever had in Tenerife hotels yet. pool area is nice with no problem getting beds and the roof top sundecks are great too. Only criticism with the sundecks is that there could do wit some drinks and snacks vending machines. Location is good for all local bars and restaurants with a bus stop on the doorstep. All in all would definitely recommend

What to say about this hotel .. Staff have been so friendly and accommodating.. Hotel so clean and always smells amazing .. Food plentiful and all drinks very accessible.. Room large airey and has everything you need and more .. Pool and roof top terrace both great .. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone 🥰🥰🥰

Lovely room, nice and clean, good bed Staff very friendly Fantastic how the pool man kept order around the pool, and done it in a very discreet way. Fantastic that the towels were removed if somebody had reserved sunbeds early in the morning We were a bit pissed that we had to wait over 1 hour to get to our room when we arrived, as cleaning was not finished. Cleaning was often first finished in the afternoon, which is a bit late
