Coral Suites & Spa - Adults Only

The hotel is a smaller but hotel than we usually go to but it was very clean and tidy. The food was good,staff are friendly and helpful. First week was calm and chilled second week due to college and university students turning up a lot noisier so if you want relaxation go when kids aren’t there

staff were really helpful and nice but especially the bar staff who were really friendly and understanding . Rooms clean and tidy but noisy depending on room location but as expected from Tenerife, pool does the job nothing was falsely advertised you saw what you get and there’s a really nice area on the rooftop for extra sunbathing.

This should be NO GUESTS under 18 years old. Supposed to be an ADULTS ONLY hotel, however, the majority of the guests were groups of kids!! 16 yr olds (kids) since when were 16 yr olds? Classed as adults. Adults only hotel, I think not. Beautiful hotel, staff fantastic, food fantastic, facilities fantastic. Very clean & all staff work extremely hard. Sadly the guests being allowed in an adults only hotel were not adults which has massively let it down. Our holiday was not as we would have liked. I am 60 & my husband is 53. We didn’t get the peaceful holiday we hoped for. Such a shame. Spoiled by youths with no consideration for any of the adult guests! Also, you have to check out of your room by 11am. However, if you’re not being collected until the evening for your return journey to the airport then although you can you the hotel facilities, you can’t use the all inclusive option despite the fact that we arrived late on the day of arrival & had paid for the all inclusive facility from 11am that day. I wrongly assumed that because of that then we would be able to take it back on the day we checked out BUT nope! No facilities on day one & no facilities on day 7 despite paying for it!

First time at this hotel. We were supposed to stay at the Coral Beach but Jet2 changed it due to building works. We thought the hotel was lovely. Very modern decor throughout. Staff at reception were so helpful, cheery and friendly. We had a Junior Suite room 212. It was perfect for us. We were facing onto the pool. It was so quiet and peaceful. Our room and the hotel were spotlessly clean. The cleaners came every morning and did the room and changed the towels. The roof top terrace was huge and so nice. We stayed B&B. The dining room was lovely. There were plenty of choices to suit everyone and the omelette station was excellent. Good quality sausage and bacon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very central to the bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back again.

Very clean resort, food was good with lots of selection. Could have done with some music around the pool side but that might not be for everyone’s taste. Had a great few days and would stay again.

Great hotel close to main shops and beach. Spotless rooms and comfy beds and pillows. Food is excellent and tasty. Staff are very friendly and very hardworking. Only negative the bar is closed at 11 for all inclusive but we double up just before. Staying here now and loving it, no noise or building works very peaceful
