Spring Hotel Vulcano

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

Absolutely 5 star!!! on arrival we were welcomed with a drink and the customer service was impeccable, the staff were very kind and helpful, room was lovely and clean and a perfect size with everything you need! the beds are comfy and the shower is great, we were breakfast only and there was plenty to choose, although only downside was i am dairy intolerant and i would say i struggled to find stuff that didn’t have dairy but it wasn’t an issue! omelettes were lovely. pool area looked great however we had balance terrace access and it was so worth it, very quiet and peaceful and plenty room around you, pool was a fab temperature. food from the bar downstairs was great although again i did struggle to find many dairy free options but like i said not a problem! got my hair done in the salon on the resort and the man was lovely and he did a great job, highly recommend! overall great hotel - best i’ve ever stayed in , we will definitely be back , not to mention that the building is absolutely beautiful and it’s in a great location! absolutely 10/10! there’s a nice atmosphere around the place and i thought the prices were reasonable! you definitely get your value for money:) couldn’t recommend enough!

My wife & I have just returned home from another stay at this great hotel, I wanted to write review mainly to say a massive thank you to everyone involved for making our stay once again a time to remember, a massive thanks to Agoney who for many years really takes time out to make every guest feel special & very welcome, also thanks to all the staff who make are rooms so clean & tidy everyday & are so pleasant, the bar staff & the lifeguards who quietly go about there day. I highly recommend this hotel for location cleanliness & all round facilities... thank you Vulcano see you again soon.

Perfect hotel. From the minute you walk in through the front entrance, it has the wow factor. Very impressive and beautiful. Rooms are lovely with everything you need. Very clean with comfy beds. The UP! area and facilities, we cannot speak more highly of. Amazing space, breathtaking views of Tenerife, lovely food, drinks (cocktails are lovely). Great space and ambience. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful; special mention to Agoney who always goes the extra mile. Cannot wait to return in July 2025.

Lovely hotel, spotless. Fresh room towels everyday. Not a great welcome from reception, he was quite rude. Bar staff made up for that, they were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, especially Pedro. Thank You. Need to improve entertainment.

Another great stay, amazing service as usual. The Up section of the hotel was as wonderful as ever, excellent value for money. Cannot praise Agoney and his team enough for their service during our stay. Thank you for making our holiday special yet again!
