The hotel itself is nice - it’s clean & tidy. The reception staff are lovely & friendly. The noise from the disco nightclub is going for 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s unbearable - if you are British & looking for some quiet time - avoid this hotel. It’s irritating at best! We had to go to the beach everyday so couldn’t enjoy the relaxation of the pool area. The Spanish government / local authority need to do something about this constant noise. We were also the only British people here - we didn’t know this was a Germans only area. I’d avoid unless you are into this. The noise really lets the hotel down - The beach was lovely though & the sea was lovely & warm. I would go to another part of Majorca next time.

A first glance the apartment hotel looks nice, and also the people working at the reception seems nice and approachable. As it is rated a 3-star apartment hotel, I will say that the rooms are fair and the pool is just fine. The main reason that I am therefore not able to give more than 2 stars, is because: 1. Cleaning is not very good (and we didn't get our room cleaned until day 3 for the first time). This only goes for the rooms, as it seems to be rather clean on the outside, especially the pool area is cleaned daily. Cleaning personal even didn’t respect when having put a ”sleeping” sign on the door handle, and just steped in at 8.30 in the morning. 2. This is the first time that I have ever rented a room in a hotel apartment (and I have many times), where washing the dishes wasn't included in the room cleaning, which was not mentioned beforehand, so we had to do this every day by ourselves. Had we known this, we wouldn’t have booked this room. 3. It was stated during booking, that the hotel had a restaurant, where breakfast was available. This wasn’t true, instead we were directed to another hotel 100m down the street. Not ok. 4. Very noicy. There were many young people partying during the night, which joke us up each morning at 2-4 am. Also, when lading at the pool, there was lod music from a bar across the street the whole day. 5. It’s stated that there is free WiFi, which is true. But the speed was so poor (2,3 mbit), that is was useless, and we hand to use our own mobile 5g instead. 6. According to the hotel booking page, it was possible to rent bikes. This also wasn’t true, there were no possibility of renting bikes. 7. Access to the pool was prohibited after 8 PM, which in my book is way too early. 8. We found a deab dove in hue garden by the pool, but had to information the reception 2 times before it was removed. So, if you have no problems with the things that I have here mentioned, then this is a fine place to stay i Palma de mallorca.
