Very bad place to stay , washrooms does not works, staff very rude, cleanliness of the rooms horrible, rooms have lots of bugs. Will never ever stay in this place again.

Overall nice Hotel with a very nice rooftop and pool. The rooms are nice as well, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. When I came into the room the bed wasn’t made, so I had to ask the reception to clean it. On the showerhead was a spiderweb, on the bed frame a toe nail and during the night a little cockroach came out of the shower…

The hotel is generally pleasant, with impeccable cleanliness and particularly kind and attentive housekeeping staff. The rooftop with the pools is truly superb; it's clearly the establishment's strong point. However, the room we had on the ground floor was a bit disappointing: very little light, without access to an open terrace, which somewhat spoils the experience. You should definitely request a room on the upper floors to enjoy the view. The location is convenient, fairly close to the center.

The service and cleanliness were poor, but considering the location, 5000 yen per night (50% off campaign) was not bad. The rooftop pool was nice.

There are convenient gas stations and parking spaces nearby. The room is very large, quiet and clean. But I have a white down jacket left in the room. There is currently no one to contact me. If the store picks it up, please contact me. Thank you ******************.
