Wir sind nach 24 Stunden Rückreise und mit Jetlag wieder gut zu Hause angekommen – aber wir vermissen das Palmaïa jetzt schon! Dieses Resort ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Es vereint luxuriöse Entspannung mit einer außergewöhnlichen Atmosphäre, die man so kaum woanders findet. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet – mit viel Liebe zum Detail, stilvoll, harmonisch in die Natur eingebettet, und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und authentisch – man spürt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Auch die Kommunikation vor Ort und im Vorfeld war erstklassig – unser Urlaubsassistent war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert. Das Essen war für uns ein echtes Highlight: kreativ, hochwertig, geschmacklich top und liebevoll präsentiert. Auch wenn unsere Kinder sich manchmal etwas schwer getan haben mit der veganen Ausrichtung, haben sie dennoch Leckeres gefunden. Vielleicht wäre es ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag, die Kinderkarte um ein, zwei nicht-vegane Klassiker wie Pasta oder Chicken Fingers zu ergänzen – viele Kinder sind in dieser Hinsicht einfach noch nicht so offen. Für Erwachsene ist das kulinarische Angebot aber absolut auf höchstem Niveau. Die Kombination aus Wellness, Nachhaltigkeit, Achtsamkeit und Luxus macht Palmaïa zu einem wirklich einzigartigen Ort. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder – mit ganzem Herzen und voller Vorfreude!

Service was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and caring - those places where you can tell they just treat their employees well. From Kasandra, Fernanda, Oscar, and many others I can’t recall their names went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Hope to be back!

I don’t often write reviews, but Palmaïa deserves one. I visited with my friend and her 15 year old daughter . We all had the most amazing time. The resort is beautiful, quiet , relaxing, and just so unique . We all loved it . They really take service to a higher level. The entire staff was so friendly and really invested in you having the best experience possible. I can’t stress enough how much I loved all the classes - definitely worth attending a few while there . The Spa is absolutely beautiful and an experience in and of itself . Oh gosh, and the food!!! The food is so thoughtfully made. I am not Vegan , but everything I ate was so delicious and I really enjoyed trying things I might not normally eat. It was really creative food you felt good about eating . There is so much care and detail put into all aspects of Palmaia. Really one of the best experiences I have ever had on vacation. I truly hope I can visit again.

We adored our trip to Palmaia. Everything was on point! Our Nomadic guide Kasandra could not have been kinder or more attentive & one of the drivers Oscar went above & beyond at all times - even taking me to the nextdoor resort to a shop to buy some medication when my husband wasn't feeling well. The customer service and ambience at this hotel are exceptional & we'd happily return. The vegan food was absolutely delicious & if we requested alternative protein (e.g. dairy or chicken) we weren't made to feel bad for doing so. Nothing is too much trouble & every single staff member was absolutely excellent. Incredibly rare & worth every penny. As I mentioned to Kasandra, the UK hospitality industry could learn a great deal from Palmaia! Driving through the next door resort to get to Palmaia on arrival worried me slightly (- Sandos is an all inc family hotel that's certainly lively!) but once through the tunnel you leave it all behind & enjoy the P&Q of the hotel's VIP vibe. No wonder Conde Nast rate the hotel so well. Thank you, thank you, thank you - to everyone who helped make our stay SO special. P.S. If going in low season (as we did in July) due to regular storms the beach and shoreline have to contend with a whole heap of seaweed that makes the sea very uninviting - think a carpet to wade through!!) but there's absolutely nothing the hotel could have done more to try & lessen this gift of Mother Nature. They regularly have workers sweeping the beach line to try & get on top of it. Really a note to say that we used the pools each day rather than being on the beach & swimming in the sea.
