Las Faluas

Estancia de dos semanas, mi marido mi hijo y yo. El apartamento viejo no, lo siguiente. Es del año 1975 y no han reformado absolutamente nada, necesita una reforma urgente. Sin mosquiteras , entran mosquitos de los que llevan micrófono, cucarachas. Tuve que comprar trampas y distribuir por todos sitios. Deberían fumigar. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, necesita una limpieza a fondo. Los somier llenos de manchas marrones. El sofá cama es horrible, tris dedos de alto la espomja, mi hijo vino con la espalda destrozada. Las camas fatal y las almohadas una basura. Las habitaciones las hacen días alternos ( lo que ve la suegra ) y ni eso. No tienes ni siquiera una fregona y cubo para poder recoger el agua que cae al suelo cuando te dichas, que como no hay mampara se pone todo perdido. Las sabanas las cambian a los 8 días. En recepción pedí una toalla para el suelo porque uno de los días que tocaba cambiar no lo hicieron y estaba echa una porquería y no tenían. Dos pastillas de jabón pequeñas para tres personas , para 15 días. La piscina con todas las juntas negras llenas de moho y se desprendía flotando toda esa caca por la piscina. Dejan que la gente deje las toallas para guardar los sitios y luego desaparecen , eso debería estar prohibido. Los pocos aparcamientos que tienen siempre ocupados y dejan que aparquen detrás ocasionando taponar a los usuarios de las plazas de aparcamiento. Si tienes una urgencia y tienes que salir tú dime a mi como lo haces. No recomiendo el alojamiento para nada. Un calor del carajo, sin aire acondicionado, con una ola de calor de más de 40 grados, es inhumano El microondas cuando te dispones a calentar tres platos seguidos se Calienta y deja de funcionar, los dos primeros tienen suerte el tercero se queda sin calentar. En definitiva un auténtico desastre. Algunos apartamentos son propietarios y esos si están mejor acondicionados. Por cierto las toallas y trapos de cocina para cambiar todos.

I would avoid this hotel. We arrived and checked out within 2 hours. We knew we had booked a budget holiday, but this was absolutely dreadful and we couldn’t even stay for one night due to the conditions of the hotel. Every room only has 2 beds, no sofa beds therefore our two children were given their own room next to ours (unsafe sleeping conditions so the only option was for myself and my partner to sleep separately, one in each room with our children). The rooms themselves were dark and miserable, unclean and crawling with bedbugs on the beds and sofa. Sitting on the bed for 10 minutes left us very itching. The bathrooms were smelly and old. The hallways of the hotel were covered in dead and alive cockroaches, hanging wires from the ceilings, mouldy patches on walls and peeling paint. In the tower where we were, was a building site with building materials on the floor and building dust and debris. The floors hadn’t been swept or cleaned in so long there was dead cockroaches covered in dust in every direction. We sat by the pool for an hour and felt really weary of the cleanliness of it just because of the surroundings. No bar or onsite shop, I’m unsure if there was a restaurant but we didn’t explore and certainly wouldn’t have eaten there. The balcony’s look out on a busy road and the reception area resembles a very cheap motel. Also no aircon in the rooms, just one dusty fan. The whole hotel needs a complete referb. We checked out and luckily the hotel did refund us for our entire stay via on the beach. And the hotel did contact me to say I had left something behind which was good of them.

Nice apartment, good beds, silent and cosy, yet a little bit worn, kitchenette adequate if not planning cooking a five star dinner, nice and helpful staff and our maid was a professional, towels changed on monday, wednesday and friday. If you'r planning to choose a apartementos with two stars for your stay at PDI , pick this one, it is worth it! Tried so many other apartementos and can warmly recommend Las Faluas.

In many bed Bugs in bed and it was very old rooms. Service was very Bad and when i notice there IS bed Bugs i first flight want go home. its feels like a prison not home, next Time i pay little More to get better hotel.i hope this helps people they choice

Not enough plug sockets in your room, so we had to boil the kettle on a chair to reach the plug socket in the kitchen. I would recommend taking a plug extension lead 1 to 2 meters. Due to the limited plug sockets we rearranged the furniture, so the layout was better and was able to access other sockets. We requested late checkout and was told for €20 euros we could check out the next day with no time frame. We returned from our evening out and was told we were not allowed this and they retuned our money, the man on reception offered no compensation, handled the situation really bad and did not even apologise. We had to checkout at 10am, so we were not too pleased especially offering something we had paid for and promised a service which was next withdraw!

First impressions old prison , our room faced on to a building site with constant noise , shower head broken spraying in different directions, drilling starting for maintenance early in the morning and cleaning around the pool at 9am so unable to sit around pool or get around the pool to go out . The pool bar was shut and derelict was told we would be able to have drinks,food and music whilst round the pool, no inflatables in pool no games just swim not allowed to wear a swim shirt to protect against sunburn, the pool table had balls missing. very disappointed
