Hotel Caserio

Wir waren im Mai 2022 für 10 Tage Gast im Caserio. Pluspunkte gibt es beim Servicepersonal, beim Zimmerpersonal, bei der Sauberkeit und der Lage. Schöner, sauberer Pool mit genug Liegen. Der Hoteldesk ist 24/7 besetzt. Gratisparkplatz und Gratisbadetücher gibt es auch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist (zu) üppig. Diskrete Animation durch den Tag, am Abend eher seicht aber nett. Wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist das unfreundliche und selbstverliebte Personal am Hoteldesk, die klapprigen Lifte und das Abendessen. Und das ist wirklich als schlecht zu bewerten. Das Buffet wird nicht aktiv betreut, viele Speisen sind kalt und über lange Zeit platziert. Viele Lebensmittel werden recycelt (wieder verwertet), so zum Beispiel das Brot vom Frühstück, die Qualität wird dadurch nicht verbessert. Ich denke, dass das Management am falschen Ort spart. Oder die Küchenleitung ist machtlos gegen das System. Schade, denn die Menschen in der Küche und im Service sind sehr nett und sind die Helden des Restaurants. Hey Management: Nicht AMG fahren, Kunden anständiges Essen aufstellen.

Hotel ristrutturato di recente. Molto pulito. Consiglio camera vista mare. Area piscina curata e carina. Ricco buffet per la colazione. Bel rooftop vista mare. Disponbili varie attività di animazione. Valentina brava e sempre disponibile.

Habitación muy amplia y siempre limpia,el servicio genial del primero al último, todo muy bien cuidado la piscina siempre limpia, servicio de toallas gratuito, buffet muy completo y variedad pero el lo mejor es el trato del personal es insuperable

Een heel fijn hotel, zeker een aanrader, zeer vriendelijk personeel, en iedere dag werd de kamer schoon gemaakt en schone handdoeken. Wij hadden een appartement met ontbijtservice, ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Hoe het diner is weten wij niet want wij gaan graag iedere avond ergens anders eten. Het zwembad is ook top, veel heerlijke ligbedden. En een drankje en hapje bij de bar zijn ook uitgebreid. Wij komen zeker terug want dit hotel ligt gezellig in het centrum.

Beware you need to pay 150euro In cash on arrival. This is in case you damage anything in the hotel. We travel to Spain at least 3 times a year and have NEVER had to pay anything when arriving at at hotel apart from the safe and towel deposits. The money had for some reason be in cash?. The deposit is returned when you leave the hotel. We were informed when booking that All Rooms had been refurbished, this is not really in evidence. Rooms are very small and basic, no drawers only a bench with a kettle, lots of dents and scratches on bench and wardrobe. Only a kettle and cups no tea. Coffee or sugar so bring your own, never been in a 4 star hotel that didn't provide these. Bed hard but comfortable but pillows flat and uncomfortable. Bathroom no toiletries provided apart from shower soap. Broken bin and scruffy scratches on toilet seat. Not evident of refurbishments. Food In our opinion was dreadful. Always cold and tasteless for both breakfast and dinner no microwave available to get hot food. We missed both on quite a few occasions and spent more money eating out. Food so bad I lost lots of weight not eating. The location of the hotel is quite good but would Never return due to food quality. Entertainment is mostly non existent so appeared lots of guests went out in the evening. We actually love Gran Canaria and have been going for over 5 years and will now return to actual 4 star hotel where we have stayed several times.

Leaving this hotel tomorrow after a week. Excellent stay. Such lovely staff. Lovely room, comfy bed and pillows. Great shower lovely view, we booked a higher floor Seaview. Only thing that let it down is the toilet seat which was all chipped, just needs replaced ro be in keeping with the rest of the room. We had no issues really with the lifts. I had emailed the hotel in advance to request the later dinner sitting which they kindly gave us. The food was lovely, I particularly found the salad bar had a great selection. Loved the little speciality table, especially the antipasti and sushi nights. Always found a sunbed and they are very comfortable. Very nicely designed pool and area, good for the sun, also very nice roof terrace with hot tub. Central for everything we needed. Thank-you hotel Caserio.
