Todo perfecto

Hemos ido por 5 días y ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. Encantados con el trato desde la primera hasta la última persona que nos atendió. Recepción, camareras de piso, camareros, los chicos del bar piscina (en especial al chico cubano y a Pablo) todos. La comida muy buena, y la animación increíble, muy pendientes, variada y divertida. Gracias en especial a Claudia, a Nacho y a su otro compañero, el cual no recordamos en nombre,(de animacion) por el trato que recibimos por parte de ellos desde el primer día que llegamos. 100% recomendable, todo muy limpio y nosotros, nos fuimos con ganas de volver ya. ¡ Gracias por todo HL Miraflor Suites Hotel !

Excellent bungalows and a lovely relaxing vibe, great entertainment from Nacho & gang and best barman Willy! Lovely pool area and great food, nice touch is the beautiful peacocks strutting about owning the place. Kids entertainment team are brilliant with the kids. Would come back and would recommend.

De suites zijn prachtig bijgehouden en de omgeving is prachtig! Ook erg leuk dat er verschillende pauwen rondlopen.!! Het eten was erg lekker en hebben een ontzettend leuke vakantie achter de rug! Ook vooral namens de entertainment groep. Met dank aan , Nacho, en Claudia.

Hallo Leute, wir waren schon oft in diesem Hotel. Der letzte war Myraflor. Der Bungalow war in Ordnung und das Essen war nicht so toll. Wir gehen schon seit Jahren dorthin und es ist wie nach Hause zu kommen. Aber das letzte Mal, dass ich wütend wurde, wegen Kelner , der dort schon lange arbeite. Aber er hat primitiven Humor. Im Speisesaal klopft er den Gästen auf die Schulter. Deshalb werde ich dort nicht mehr hingehen. Es ging mir auf die Nerven und er hörte nicht auf, auch als ich es ihm mehrmals sagte. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Aber ich gehe zu einem anderen Hotel. Der kelner solte ausgetauscht oder solte lernen wie Mann mit Geste umgeht.

Food and drinks and entertainment very good Nathan use always. this world "SABOTAJE AND CAPUT'' very amazing . I like made tournamant with my favourite animator was Nicolo . I like rooms and spend my time with my family. Tomorrow im leaving and i dont want go to Airport

Really comfortable bed, good food. i like always animation team because im boring in hotel with my family. and i join with animation yesterday i was in salsa class with Nathan and i know other animators nicolo and claudia . i recommend this hotel for the team animation

Excellent food, lovely staff very nice Zumba and water gym activity’s to do for kids and familys nathan is incredible with hosting activities for entertainment. I recommend that this hotel because Claudia eats very amazing with the children and Nicolo is very good for water gym. I like too much I MCA.

very poor maintained bungalows, old furniture and war hospital type beds with ripped sponge underlays, dust everywhere inside. Informed reception many times nothing was done to rectify this, cleaning staff are doing routine cleaning ( bathrooms, bed linens etc) but not instructed to do dust cleaning, Most staff not very helpful, not welcoming, arrogant and mediocre. Nice bungalows are mostly given to locals. We noted that Food not great and often same everyday. Shuttle to beach at inconvenient hours. no reception in main resort , need to check in and out in another hotel. most activities and entertainment are for adults to get people to buy drinks in evenings, kids are most of the time ignored , disco for kids pathetic and most of the time cancelled, children not really excited by it due to boring lady organizer. Agaim, ( entertainment man) was the best , very nice and work hard. Pools supposed to be heated till end of April but they are not. We definitely not recommend this resort and will definitely go somewhere else next time. Not worth the 4 stars. We tried to be patient for the sake of the kids.

Me alojé en el fin de semana de semana santa una maravilla de hotel, la comida estaba aceptable gracias a la animación por hacernos una experiencia inolvidable, Nathan con sus actividades y Claudia y Carla siempre tenían una sonrisa y un saludo para todos los clientes, no fuimos con nuestros hijos pero disfrutamos de las mini discos, volveremos pronto

The entertainment was amazing I’ve never seen entertainment that includes everyone so well. They had entertainers for kids and dancing and yoga for adults. It was truly amazing. Claudia with kids Nathan with fitness nico boss team animation was all very good at their jobs!!

Wij zijn net terug van een paar heerlijke dagen Miraflor Suites. Benieuwd naar wat ons te wachten stond na diverse berichten over verbouwing en wisselende reviews. Wij hadden een 'ouder' huisje geboekt. Tja, de kleurstelling is donker (ipv het lichte van al het nieuwe) maar wij zijn van mening dat de oudere huisjes sfeervoller (groener) liggen en voor ons was het prima en ze waren schoon! De eerste avond en ochtend aten wij nog in hotel Rondo, de t****e dag opende het restaurant op Miraflor Suites zelf. Het ziet er allemaal prachtig uit en ontbrak aan niks. Personeel over het algemeen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembaden waren al prima op temperatuur (zeker die iets verwarmd wordt) en onze meiden hebben zich meer dan vermaakt met Leo van het animatieteam (die keihard werkte om een afwisselend programma te bieden ondanks dat hij in het begin, door omstandigheden, alleen was) en later ook met Coco. Wij kijken alleen maar heel fijn terug op ons verblijf!

Wij hebben genoten van een luxe bungalow en werden verwend door het vriendelijk personeel. Maaltijden waar lekker en ruim aanbod. Ligging vlakbij yumbo en toch rustig. Ook voor personeel van poolbar is niets teveel, Willy en co zorgen ervoor dat je niets te kort komt. Wij komen zeker terug!

Half the complex is a building site and the pool is closed. We can use the pool in the sister hotel which is very nice but the guy who looks after the pool is so rude. Today because there is a little wind he will not allow us to use the parasols.so we just have to sit and burn. He is so rude and arrogant.
