Create chats to provide information of key collection and services.
Rooms are big and well maintained.
Great locations to move around the town and Mid Valley SouthKey are right beside the apartment.
Definitely will keep them in mind again in future if we like to have a short getaway in JB.

Was in for a simple 1 day trip stay. The location is good, very near to mid valley south key. The amenities in the room are ok.

Pillow is not comfortable to sleep. Extra late check out is not flexible as I can see not much guest .

It looks quite old and needs an upgrade. Wall stickers are peeling off. Scratches on the living room table.
The common room smells like cat pee, unless we on the aircon. Wardrobes were quite dusty. Couldnt open the windows in the room as it was directly facing the lift lobby.
We had an issue with cockroaches in the sink. We checked in quite late, ard 11pm. Couldn't deal with this as we were so tired. Texted them the next morning and they sent someone up immediately and rectified the issue. Really appreciate this gesture.
Mattress was quite hard and pillows were too soft. Woke up with stiff neck.
The unit is rather spacious.
Good location.
Check in was smooth.
A lot of hangers provided.
Maybe should repair or change the drying rack as one side of it was already broken.
One of the wooden shelves in the master bedroom is slightly slanted downwards. Couldn't place our items on it, as it will slid down and drop.

Difficult to get host after problem to access door. (No proper guide to door access). Towel smells really bad, musty smells. Asked for replacement but no reply from all host in group chat. First time experience such a non-responsive (AirBnB concept) team. Not recommended unless looking for a spacious apartment.

Lift is really slow, waited for 10 mins to go up at 10pm, about a minute wait each time for the lift on average.
Room is okay, has a small tv that can rotate between living room and bedroom which is cool. Has a set top box to watch some live streams.
Can walk to mid valley in about 5-10mins. taking Grab costs 7.30rm
Overall a bit overpriced for 2 pax (about 300rm)
