beautiful location. typical south african hotel,nothing major wrong or nothing amazing.

We booked ahead for our South Africa Garden route tour for three rooms for a Family. What a wonderful small hotel with amazing staff, they couldn't do anymore for us and it was always service with a smile. We were not totally pleased with our sea view basement room and maybe the hotel should look to identify and price this room slightly lower than the first and second floor ones. However after one night the team moved us to a much better room with the view we hoped for. Super clean rooms, well appointed with all the facilities you need. All staff were really helpful on anything we needed and the whats app messaging service worked really well with them. Breakfasts were brilliant with everything you want. The hotel is nicely positioned on the beach front and at a quieter part of Plett.If your looking for peace, quiet and a beach location which is 'family friendly' then this is the place for you.

We were only here for one night, but would have liked to stay longer. The location was idyllic and the hospitality of the staff was impeccable! So kind, friendly and attentive! The rooms were so comfortable and attention to detail was perfect! Compliments to the fabulous staff of this establishment!
