Booked a superior room, it definitely was not this. Stains carpet & stool, shower did not drain, leaks through the roof from above, window would not open as rotten, cord snapped window held up by a rock! To boot you get a service charge at dinner and every drink! Rip off I would not recommend Highland Coast Hotels for this reason. No sea view, mis-sold completely.

Excellent place to stopover. The restaurant's menu was fabulous, eating fish caught by the fellah at the bar was top notch! The rooms are well presented, clean and spacious. The ceilidh at the bar afterwards was a delight

We had a lovely meal at The Plockton but the room was substandard. The staff are very welcoming. The levels of cleanliness in the room was poor and the bathroom needed investment.

We loved our short stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The food was good quality and delicious with great service. Our room was comfy, the bathroom was great with good working walk in shower. There was a traditional Scottish band playing in the bar on Saturday afternoon when we arrived - it was truly wonderful.

Seemed disorganised right from check in. Asked to go away and come back in 20 mins when someone would be available for check in !!!!. Check in desk in corridor. Room was in a building next door!!. Lounge area looked like a furniture sale room. I could go on but what’s the point.

Had a lovely stay at this charming inn. The location is lovely and the included breakfast was amazing. Wonderful, fresh seafood at the restaurant, too!

We were so glad to stay in Plockton. The town is so sweet and charming. When we went to check in the staff was so welcoming. The rooms were very cozy. We were a bit early so we were recommended a place to have a drink and small bite. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was just right. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you so very kindly

Plockton isn’t easy to get to, however once you’re there this is a must stay place. The food was fantastic, the staff and the service was exceptional. All staff were brilliant, from the check in experience to the bar staff, restaurant staff and the chefs! The Food was brilliant , the breakfast was what you would expect with perfect poached eggs!

Plockton is a magical place, the hotel is the best there. You feel like at home. We stayed in a room in the restaurant building, it was renovated and very comfortable. I recommend the seafood restaurant.
