Best Pohang Hotels

"I went to Pohang for a short vacation outside of Seoul and from the moment I saw the photos of the hotel I loved it, and it exceeded my expectations. My room was beautiful, with a sea view, it smelled delicious and was very quiet, the hotel staff was friendly at all times and the food couldn't be more delicious. I would definitely stay at the same hotel again, it has attractions very close by that can be accessed by foot. I had a magical Christmas."

"The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! November is the season change in Korea, so the air conditioning and heating cannot be used. The room is a bit cramped and you need to open the window for ventilation. The hotel breakfast is abalone porridge, which is quite local!"

"It is a gem. The service is remarkable. We have issue with parking fine and do not know how to resolve it. They went an extra mile to find a parking warden to settle it for us. The hotel also has a lot of free service, even though we didn't have breakfast. There are free flow bread and spread and coffee and fruit juices and packet drinks for you, enough to fill your stomach. What's more, it is located just in front of the beach. Oh, last but not least, our room comes with a massage chair which is handy to relieve your aches from all the walking. Definitely going to go back if there are opportunities."

"The owner was very kind, so I remember that, but there was toilet paper and hair that had not been properly organized. I saw a review that said the bathroom was spacious, and it was quite spacious. I could even lie down. And the room was heated by a boiler, so people who are sensitive to heat should be careful."

"It was one of the best hotels for us to stay for 2 nights. It’s fully remodeled and clean environment overall. Finding an excellent hotel near to the big marketplace isn’t easy but luckily there’s a hotel waiting for us. The front desk girls are so polite and knowledgeable, smiling faces all the time making us feel like we’re in our closest friend’s home. I strongly recommend this place because it is the best place we’ve ever been. I hope their business goes well and having a happy life. May our precious Lord be with them. "I had an unexpectedly wonderful experience. The interior was very clean, and the parking lot was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The fried rice was especially memorable. I stayed in a room with a whirlpool bathtub, and it was the last day of my trip, so I was able to relax."

"The hotel is located at Yeongildae Beach, and the interior facilities are clean. There is a coffee bean machine and bottled water on the first floor, so you can use them whenever you need them. I stayed for 4 nights, and the cleaning ladies who clean the place every morning seem to clean it very well. The staff also parked the car for me, and I am returning after finishing my first business trip to Pohang."

"Its a pity that the upper floor rooms got occupied so we were assigned to lower floor and the room was facing n pretty close to a construction next to the hotel and so we were worrying abt the dust and noise and a bit disappointed with the ‘seaview’ outside the terrace… luckily the front desk lady offered us another room on the same floor facing the carpark instead so the sea is really just one car away and it feels so much better :] she even offer us to check the rooftop family that comes with jacuzzi but we didnt bring out swimsuits so its out of our consideration. The room is huge and the view is superb, except 1. it d be better if theres a door/curtain for the toilet/bathroom area for privacy and also noise isolation; 2. The fridge and rubbish bin are a bit too small for a family-sized guests; 3. Lacking racks/hooks to hang clothes and towels when u shower, a bit inconvenient… However everything else is awesome, they hv clothing disinfectant machine provided in the room, a giant size tv which is good for family, amenity kits come with most of the things u need including facial cleanser/toner/moisturiser. Theres a coffee machine and ice making machine at the lobby so u can het ur everyday coffee free. Also the public terrace on 10/f is super nice n chill with the sea view, its both nice both day n night, highly recommend! There are tons of restaurants mostly grilled meat/seafood dishes in the neighbourhood as its right next to the famous beach where ppl comes here for the yeonglidae pavillion, which looks nice at night! Space walk is also nearby. The locals all do their morning exercise walk by strolling along the seashore bare feet! Theres a shoe rack storage and feet washing facilities provided so u can come enjoy bare-foot walking in empty hands and leave clean and dry! Its a nice stay and i would recommend to others!"

"This hotel must be recommended, the Korean motel is really great, the parking free room is large, it is not lost to high-end hotels, and the toiletries are more abundant, with independent air purifiers and clothes care machines."
