Unfortunately, our experience at Rizzo Hotel was deeply disappointing. The staff lacked courtesy and genuine willingness to assist. On several occasions, they raised their voices and acted confrontationally—particularly when we requested a meal from the kitchen just a few minutes after closing time and were met with an abrupt refusal and disrespectful behavior. The quality of the food was extremely poor. The ingredients used were not fresh, and the overall selection was limited and, frankly, embarrassing. Some dishes were simply inedible. Room maintenance was also below standard: the toilet was broken, the water in the shower was dangerously hot, and the towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The jacuzzi water was dirty, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was lacking and did not match the expectations from a hotel of this level. It’s a shame—this place has potential, but it requires serious investment in service, maintenance, and guest relations in order to justify the price and provide a pleasant and respectful hospitality experience.
