Nice accommodations. Clean, AC in bedrooms worked great. Nice partial view of ocean. Great location just a short drive to beaches and shopping. We would stay here again. Good value for the price.

Poipu Ocean View We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the ocean view. The unit was as described. The ukuleles & leis were a nice touch! We appreciated the toiletries that were included & the beach gear too. It was a great location.

Makahuena We had an absolutely amazing time on Kaua’i . We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo . The unit was very clean and it was a nice quiet place to stay . The pool and hot tub were great ! Every evening we could walk to the waters edge and see beautiful sea turtles. We will definitely be back .

Wonderful beach with sea turtles The property was big with sea turtles in the ocean right outside building. But there are a lot of stairs to climb up since it is located on a hill and on the second floor with no elevator and stairs inside condo.

Great Location, Tired Accommodation On the positive side, great location, quiet accommodation, beautiful view of the ocean. On the negative side, this unit is worn out and repairs and maintenance are needed. We used buckets in the master bedroom to control the leaking roof (apparently a problem since 2019), the glass railings on the deck are covered in construction ribbon but there was no evidence anyone was working on the issue. Without air conditioning on the main floor it is definitely warm in the afternoons. I would give the unit a 3 out of 5.

Beautiful property, well eqipped. This is a very beautiful property, the view from the lanai was lovely and being so close to the ocean was wonderful. The accommodations and amenities were very much appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked with most everything we needed and there was so much beach equipment to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great to have. The one thing I would warn others of is the inclined walkway to get from the parking to the condo and the stairs to have to take suitcases up and down, only a problem if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.

You don't stay in the condo because it's hot Love the location and proximity to ocean. Owner was very lovely to work with. It is an older unit but very clean. The A/C units are in each of the 2nd floor bedrooms. The 1st floor living room/kitchen & 3rd floor loft have no A/C, and the lanai was unusable because the A/C exhaust was on the lanai blowing all the hot air from the A/C onto the lanai. It was not hotter than outside, but we come from a non-humid climate so the heat was a pretty big deal to us.
