Such a amazing stay at murano . Perfect location near the fewa lake with walking distance 10 minutes. Really appreciate the whole team and staff for their hospitality and warm welcoming of us . Nice hotel in pokhara staff are very helpful and co - operative. Rooms are very neat and clean,Breakfast also very delicious in buffet system. i strongly recomend this hotel in pokhara i feel really like my second home .view from rooftop was amazing.

Spent two days with my family in Hotel Murano after Hiking in the mountains which is located 10 minutes walking distance from the lake. Got a Deluxe family room on 6th floor which was quite spacey with a balcony (partially lake view) and a nice warm shower. It seems the bedding and blanket has not been changed/ cleaned before our arrival. But principally the room was looking quite clean. On 7th floor there also is a rooftop terrace with lake view but without any options for sitting, relaxing or having a drink. Very limited Breakfast is being served on groundfloor where only few tables are available so we were going to enjoy it at a working desk between motorbikes in the lobby. When you are coming late it may appear being emptied. Luckily Coffee, juice or Fried eggs can be ordered on request from the kitchen. For laundry service surprisingly some negotiation skills were needed to bringing the price down from 400 (!) to 200 Rs/Kilo. Lets say, we did take note of this. Our really bad awakening came on second day in the morning when we discovered more and more little itchy bites appearing on our bodies which obviously were coming from the mattrace or bedding. An absolute no go for us! Hotel staff decided to feeling more offended instead of taking care about that. So we decided to leaving that place asap since this indeed was our worst experience after 3 months of travelling in Asia. Sorry, definitely no recommendation.
