LakePlace Bed & Breakfast

We spent two nights at Lake Place Bed & Breakfast. We like to get away as a couple and just relax and check out local attractions. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Plenty of pillows too. There was the right amount of blankets on the bed. We left our window open at night and it was so cool to hear all the wildlife. There are neighbors but we didn't hear them. Jennifer told us about an app we could use to figure out what birds we were hearing. The food was great and plenty of it! They used a lot of locally found ingredients, which was neat. We went on a train ride and also on a boat ride. I highly recommend the Taylor Falls Scenic boat tour! Train ride would be great in the fall, to see the colors. Mark & Jennifer were great hosts!

Jennifer and Mark are super hosts. The house is very nice and quite. We stayed in the Lodge Room and it was great. Your breakfast will be prepared by Chef Mark and measured out like a chemist. They directed us to several fun places to visit. You have to hit the supper club and wineries. Would defiantly stay again, but no crosschecking allowed or your host will give you a penalty.
