Cabot Pollensa Park Spa

Lovely hotel I would use again. For me most of all the number one attraction was the helpful and smiling staff..thank you to all staff! I was a cyclist and it's very well set up for cyclists, and there were certainly a lot staying there! Good lock up under the hotel , a small bike shop with helpful staff. In the hotel itself, rooms were cleaned every day, as was the whole if the hotel, the beds were comfortable as was the bedding. Rooms were not very soundproof but they often aren't in hotels, especially with the hard stone floors Breakfasts: there was a lot of choice, got and cold, served buffet style. My only complaint would be that the white coffee wasn't very strict (cured with a spot of expresso) The tea bags were AWFUL...even with two in the tea stayed an indeterminate grey colour. Luckily I had bought my own from home so used those . Also the porridge was horrible ...thin, watery and tasted not like any porridge I've ever made. However, apart from these small personal gripes everything else was tasty and good, even the scrambled egg. Plenty of fruit too to have . Are in the evening there once, excellent value for money, buffet food, both hot and cold and a good choice of everything including vegetarian and gluten free . The pool was good to swim in albeit cold due to the time of year and the children's pools looked fantastic ...I didn't have my children with me but am sure they'd have loved them. Plenty of sun beds, but then mist if the guests were out cycling a lot of the time! The hotel is in an excellent location with views of the sea but back off the main drag. I would certainly return here again , it's a good hotel for my needs.

Nous avons séjourner dans cet établissement en all inclusive. L'accueil était parfait, le personnel très sympathique. Les chambres spacieuses et la literie confortable. Le SPA est fantastique. Le restaurant offre beaucoup de choix surtout le soir. Un petit bémol pour le snack qui n'est pas terrible et pour l'eau qui même filtrée avait mauvais goût. Je recommande cet hôtel.

All good except evening meals. A bit samey and bland. Service is good, a few stand out people. Room maintenance is good. Inclusive for cyclists with a maintenance department underneath reception. Handy water machine to fill water bottles before your ride

The Staff are Extremely friendly and welcoming - The Maids are so hard working and provide an exceptional service keeping all the areas and my room beautiful - The Reception Staff are all extremely friendly and happy and the facilities are excellent, cycling facilities ideal I stayed Half Board and the food was extremely good with plenty of options for all tastes - Manuel the Head Chef was fantastic and the Almond Cake , Carrot Cake and Chocolate Brownie Cake were all hand made and exceptional - Just Great The Hotel now being Owned by Cabot is a huge improvement from Fergus who ran it previously I would definitely stay there again

Probably the worst food I have ever paid for ,cheap nasty,poor quality,the pool bar was totally unacceptable,the snacks were left on the serving plates all day ,food hygiene was non existent, don't waste your money going all inclusive,if you must stay there eat out

Air conditioning in the bedrooms is poor and you suffer in the summer. Pool felt crowded, hot and not the cleanest. Food was ok for all inclusive but not good. Service was grumpy. Not able to cater for dietary requirements. Drink offering was terrible. Queue for the bar even for soft drinks, small plastic cups (clean?) which once you got back to your lounger had become warm. Definitely catering for people who will drink beer all day…. AI not good value Took an age to get a taxi into town and the walk back in the heat with a wee one wasn’t ideal…..
