i slept in room 109, the mattress felt very uncomfortable and felt broken on one side. the shower emitted a very terrible smell that filled the whole room. 😢

Overall experience was a disaster. From staff to food. I was not happy at all with the service received from staff members, they are not friendly, do not know how to treat customers, and frequent checks for them is not part of the business. My stay was turned to a disaster due to the treatment received to a point where i was even planning to cancel my stay.

The food was terrible on 1st day, i complained to hotel manager and Head chef. Waiter was all over messed orders. From main meal to dessert food was beyond so terrible. The next day there was lot of improvement on food. The rooms partially clean, bed not cleanly made. Pillows very flat only 2 pillows given

The hotel provided a great stay for a big group of family and friends. the adults enjoyed the varied menu for breakfast and the pool side for the kids to relax

Some of us come there for work atleast allow us to bring a certain limited of alcohol not only to drink in our rooms only but to also drink in a bar

The front of desk, in particular Siphiwe, was very rude upon arrival. The security guard, Thabo, was extremely rude and patronising to say the least. My room had no drain plug in it resulting in extreme water wastage during my stay. If you'd like eggs at breakfast, be prepared for the long wait . Overall, a terrible stay.

My stay was a very good one and I would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling for any reason. The restaurant was also very good, and the food prepared was very delicious.

Worst service ever after a long day and having to wait for over an hour for a burger. Then i decided to leave to go to my room and then i get a call to say my food is ready i need to go back and fetch my food.
