Blue Lagoon Palace

Das TUI Blue Adults Only ab 16 Jahren ist ruhig. Reisezeit: Sept. 2021 für 10 Tage. Das Hotel war zu 3/4 ausgebucht, freundliche (das meine ich positiv)Engländer, Erwachsene keine Jugendliche, da Adults only. 3 Paare Franzosen und Deutsche Urlauber. Es war eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Hotel hat 92 Zimmer. Empfang: Da die Empfangshalle sehr hohe Decken hat, ist die Verständigung hinter der Maske sehr schwer u. es hallt. Das sollte irgendwie anders geregelt werden. Pool: Es hat einen Pool mit genügend Liegen. Man muss mit der Exclusiviti App die Getränke am Pool bestellen. An jedem Sonnenschirm hängt ein QR Code u. eine Nummer, diese gibt man in der Exclusiviti App an u. bestellt dort seine Getränke. Wer nicht über die App bestellen möchte, steht auf u. holt sich sein Getränk an der Poolbar selber ab. Meer: Am Meer überquert man eine kleine nicht sehr befahrende Strasse u. ist am Meer. Dort hat es auch genügend Liegen, genauso wie am Pool. Die Gazebos (Himmelbetten) muss man reservieren an der Rezeption gegen Aufpreis. Wenn man ein Gazebo reserviert hat, bekommt man seine Getränke von Francesco (sehr freundlich und immer aufgeschlossen mit seiner guten Laune). Die auf den Liegen am Meehr liegen, müssen sich die Getränke selber an der Poolbar holen. Frühstück: Das Hygienekonzept ist sehr gut umgesetzt. Im Hotel trägt man Maske u. auch in den Essensräumen, wenn man vom Tisch aufsteht. Bevor man ans Buffett geht, zieht man Plastikhandschuhe an, da jeder die Löffel angreift. Abendessen: Wenn man den Abendessenraum betritt, wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Personal begrüßt und gefragt wie unser Tag war. (Großes Lob an das gesamte Hotelpersonal) Beim Abendessen sind keine Flip Flops erlaubt, doch einigen Gästen ist selbst am Abendessen es zu schwer, geschlossene Schuhe anzuziehen. Finde ich sehr unhöflich vom Gast u. zeigt keine Respekt dem Personal und dem Hotel gegenüber. Zimmer: Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Jacuzzi mit Meerblick im 1.Stock. Es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem fantastischen Ausblick zu jeder Zeit auf das Meer. Am Essen muss ich 1 Stern abziehen (wir sind Globetrotter u. haben uns durch sämtliche Küchen der Länder schon durchgegessen). Es fehlt in manchen Speisen die Würze, doch es stehen überall Salz, Pfeffer und in der Gewürzecke steht Curry etc. Doch selber nochmal ein fertiges Gericht nachzuwürzen, finde ich nicht so passend. Ansonsten kann ich das TUI Blue Lagoon uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, für Leute die einfach mal ausspannen und ein gutes Buch lesen wollen.

A very relaxing holiday in an amazing hotel the staff can’t do enough to help you the food is excellent it truly is a5 star hotel with lots of luxury.what really made our holiday was the tui reps especially Marie she goes out of her way to make sure you are getting the best out of your holiday she went above and beyond for us when our suitcase arrived damaged she went and got US a replacement suitcase in her own time so we wouldn’t get stressed about it ,I can’t say enough nice things about her she is a credit to tui.

We stayed at the blue Lagoon from mid Sept to the first week of Oct. My now fiancé proposed to me out here, he booked the private beach dinner and the proposal could not of been more perfect, the views were incredible as was the food / champers (all of which was not included we paid for this on top). What i was let down by was the hotel's reaction to this, not a single gesture or 'congratulations' from the staff and the TUI rep Maria asked to see my ring the next day (she approached us at the beach) and proceeded to question my fiancé on how much he paid for this and then stated 'you over paid for that' - we were gob smacked at this! We didn't let this ruin our engagement bubble we were in but my advice, do not propose here unless you are thick skinned! As you can see on all reviews, there is absolutely nothing around you here so you are isolated to this hotel. The pool is absolutely freezing, we spent every day on the beach and were content there - recommend paying for the gazebo beds they have - worth the extra 50 euros! Some positives i can say is the hotel is immaculate, we had fresh towels in our room (we stayed in a jacuzzi suite) every day and everywhere you went in the hotel it was spotless. Food wise there was so much variety, you wouldn't struggle to find something you like for all courses. Unfortunately we will not come back to this hotel again which is a shame because it now holds a special memory for us.
