Glavas Inn Hotel

rest at the Glavas inn hotel gave us comfort and coziness, really like home! quite a large area with various trees (pomegranates, palm trees, lemons, olives), houses of interesting architecture, an area with swimming pools - everything creates peace and harmony. Special respect to the chefs, authentic Greek flavors, assortment and presentation, each dish is made with love. caring staff, this is truly a team of professionals! thank you for the rest!

This hotel says it’s all inclusive but really they are JUST scraping this… only drinks including is beer or wine and soft drinks, coffee.. if you want vodka gin mailbu, whiskey, rum, spirits or a cocktail it’s all extra.. breakfast and lunch and dinner in the UPSTAIRS RESTAURANT IS INCLUDED.. but the pool bar food for lunch is not you have to pay… there is no entertainment team. Our flight back home was at 9pm and we had to leave the hotel at 6pm.. you’d think as we paid for 8days 7nights (23rd-30th sep) that knowing we aren’t leaving the hotel till 6pm on the 30th we would still be entitled to all inclusive (if you can even class that) till we left on the 30th at 6pm.. wrong! They claim as there “check out is 11am” they take the wrist bands which allows you all inclusive away ant 11 and then leaving us to pay for everything after the band got removed ! So me and my partner had nothing from 11am till 6pm and just sat there feeling unwelcomed.. to make it worse we had another couple flying back with us that day so there were at the hotel the same time as us but they still had there wrist bands on to allow all inclusive.. how come they could still get it even though we left exactly the same time as them in the 30th!!! We legit shared the same transfer to airport !!!! When we noticed this other couple it made us look out for all inclusive wrist bands on other people who had suitcases with them that day about to leave… some did still have them and some didn’t have bands !! Is it’s awful… we want our money back for the final day as we go nothing all inclusive and to top it off they allowed some people who left the same day to still have free food and drink as they didn’t remove their bands??!! .. other than the beautiful hotel that’s all I can say.. the rest was disappointing

We had a lovely 10 day break at this hotel, the area is very quiet with not much to do but that’s exactly what we wanted. One of our best holidays. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. Staff are so friendly, food was also beautiful. Always something different to eat. We would definitely return.

We recently stayed at Glavas Inn as a family of 4 with 2 small children (age 6 and 2). We had a fabulous holiday, the hotel is extremely clean and very well presented inside and out. Our room was spacious and had a fridge that could be used, also a balcony with seating and a small table. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and lovely to the children especially at mealtimes. I would recommend this hotel if you would like a chilled stay with no fuss, there is no entertainment at night which for us was not an issue as it was nice to sit at the bar and play games (so I would recommend taking some games to play). The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is a lovely little spot especially at night to see the sunsets. Personally for us the food was tasty and not an issue although if you are fussy or have fussy children this could be difficult. There is alot of variety day to day although the dessert selection at lunch and dinner could be better (this is not a criticism but maybe a suggestion). Also all soft drinks are full sugar, there are no diet or zero sugar options although they can be bought at the shop. Other than having more options for dessert and possibly some zero sugar soft drinks, I genuinely cannot complain, we had a lovely stay, there are plenty of places to sit and sun loungers to use throughout the day. Via Zoover hebben wij bij Glavas Inn geboekt. Met veel goede recensies. De kamers zijn op de site van Glavas Inn en op alle andere sites die dit hotel aanbieden heel mooi en modern. Dit is een leugen! Zie bijgevoegde foto's. De kamers zijn super heel erg oud en smerig en niet gerenoveerd. Wij zijn echt niet de moeilijkste maar dit is gewoon pure oplichting als je ziet hoe ze de kamers aanbieden en wat je daadwerkelijk krijgt. Het blijkt dat er een aantal gerenoveerde kamers zijn en een aantal niet en het is dan maar net geluk of je de goede kamer krijgt. Ik zag in de recensies iemand anders klagen over de oude lelijke kamers waarop de eigenaar reageerde dat deze persoon loog en dat alle kamers in 2023 zijn gerenoveerd. Wij geloofde dat natuurlijk want wij zagen de prachtige foto's overal. Nou niet dus!!! Dit aangegeven te hebben bij de balie kregen we gelijk een discussie. We zouden pas na 3 dagen in de door ons geboekte mooie moderne kamer mogen verblijven. Dat was de helft van ons verblijf. De eigenaar was erg agressief en gemeen en de medewerkers van de balie ook. Als we niet tevreden waren mochten we per direct vertrekken en de eigenaar dreigde om onze spullen alvast buiten te zetten. Contact gehad met Zoover en die geeft aan dat de kamers kunnen afwijken van de foto's en dat wij het juiste kamer type hebben gekregen omdat er twee bedden staan. Alleen om die reden beweert Zoover dat ze niks kunnen doen omdat er twee bedden staan? terwijl dit een compleet andere kamer is (zie foto's). Dus met andere woorden, we moeten 3 dagen in een lelijke vieze kamer verblijven die we niet hebben geboekt, of we zijn ons geld kwijt en hadden geen verblijf. Na de discussie met eigenaren en personeel deed iedereen heel lelijk. Het is een familiebedrijf dus het ging al gauw rond. Iedereen behandelde ons slecht! Nog nooit hebben wij zoiets meegemaakt. We voelde ons echt niet welkom en er werd gedaan alsof wij wat verkeerd hadden gedaan omdat wij niet de juiste kamer hadden gekregen en dit niet pikte. Ik raad dit hotel ten zeerste af! Geef je geld beter elders uit dan aan deze heftige oplichters. De eigenaar gaat op mij waarschijnlijk ook reageren dat ik lieg zoals hij bij iedereen doet. Maar jullie kunnen zelf de foto's zien, dat zegt genoeg!! Daarnaast nog een opmerking over de strandbedjes. Je moet een sleutel halen bij de balie hiervoor. Er zijn maar een beperkt aantal bedjes. Er zijn veel meer gasten dan strandbedden. Andere gasten houden hun sleutel het hele verblijf bij zich waardoor andere gasten niet eens een strandbed kunnen reserveren. Dus dan heb je gewoon pech.

Η πρωτη εμπειρια μας σε all inclusive ξενοδοχειο ηταν πολυ θετικη.Πολυ καλη η σχεση ποιοτητας τιμης.Το ατου του ξενοδοχειου κατα την αποψη μου ειναι το φαγητο,αρκετες επιλογες τοσο το μεσημερι οσο κ το βραδυ κ πολυ ποιοτικες.Τα δωματια προσφατα ανακαινισμενα κ καλαισθητα ωστοσο εμεις ειχαμε κλεισει superior τρικλινο κ κατα την αποψη μου δεν υπηρχε ευρυχωρια ηταν ενα δικλινο που απλα προσθεσαν ενα ραντζο.Οσον αφορα την καθαριοτητα μειναμε ικανοποιημενοι απλα δεν θα εβαζα αριστα γιατι τα σεντονια που μας ειχαν βαλει την πρωτη μερα ειχαν καποιους λεκεδες.Οι πισινες ωραιες αλλα θελουν ενα λιφτινγκ
