"Before coming to this hotel I read all the possible reviews and was little scared, but now I can say, that it is completely fine. We had smooth check in, got room on 5th floor with a city view. Room has wide bed, spacious balcony. Bathroom is little tiny, but that’s all right. Air conditioning works well- that is important, regarding the heat! Honestly, hotel’s biggest advantage is direct exit to the sea! There are enough sinners on the beach, but you need to come till 9am to get the seat. Also there are 2 beach bars at the beach - those are for extra money but you may get wide variety of drinks and Food. Breakfast- more or less the same every evening but you can always Find what to eat. When coming to this hotel- dont expect Sunny Beach vibe! You come here for calm relax. Suitable for couples for peaceful relaxation. To have loud music all around you can go to Sunny beach, come back and to appreciate this peaceful vibe."

"I am staying here now and I am shocked how inaccurate all negative reviews are , the hotel is gorgeous- great spa with many saunas and pools, fantastic medical procedures, close to shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast is plentiful and the rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and cleaned to a very high standard. Direct access to a gorgeous beach- pure heaven! The only slight criticism is , where I agree with some other peoples comments- it would be nice to have a tour desk or at least some info about sightseeing available. Otherwise I truly recommend this hotel for those who want to spend relaxing quality time and improve their health"

"Just back from Festa Via Pontica hotel lovely big bedroom did pay extra for a sea view if you stood up you had the view sitting down it was a brick wall so I wouldn’t pay extra very disappointed as for the food lukewarm very slow at filling the food up if you went after 7pm restaurant was open till 9pm plus hardly any information what the dishes were there was no information about what was around the hotel went out for a walk down to the beach which was nice but nowhere’s to have a coffee stop you would have to walk at least four miles to a better place to sit and watch the world go by but if you have walking problems not ideal….. Back to the hotel not enough seats would hate to see it in the height off summer cocktails where shocking some staff very nice but a lot just ignored you I personally wouldnt go back"

"It was a huge disappointment. Overpriced, the quality is not up to par. Parking space has to be paid for separately. Lounge chairs have to be paid for separately. No internet in the room. After asking to turn on the internet, unfortunately nothing changed. The staff is not competent and not friendly. I advise everyone, please do not spoil your vacation, do not choose this hotel ever! "We were this hotel one night with my husband and child and I have to say it was the worst hotel I have ever been! Hotel staff was very unfriendly and you have to pay extra if you want to use beach infront of the hotel. Furthermore, after we went home we noticed that there was bedbucks in our clothes so the painfulnes of the trip didn't end to the hotel. Don't go this hotel!!!!"
