The Residency Towers Puducherry

Good hotel with good amenities. Good location. Just the 3 rooms in front near the road has loud sound from cars. Try to avoid the front 3-4 rooms. Welcome was excellent. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast area staff averaging in serving. Sometimes not so willing to serve. As no manager was there to supervise as per my understanding and observations.

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Our family stay at this 5-star hotel was exceptional! The room was luxurious and kid-friendly, with all features—lights, curtains, AC—controlled from an iPad. It made everything so easy and fun! The amenities were outstanding, and the food was the best in delicacy—flavourful, beautifully presented. With great options for kids, and every detail was designed for comfort and convenience. A perfect mix of modern tech and warm hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Hotel Residency towers, Pondicherry bet 24 th& 26 th june'25. (R no 301) The room was neat& clean. A/c worked well. The IPod used as latest technology for different functions and communication is a novel idea. The buffet breakfast was widespread and good. The room service was reasonably good Few suggestions: The IPod system is difficult to use especially by senior citizens like me. When a simplified system for functioning of lights& TV is working well, why Ipod? Even thru Ipod, I requested for certain items like water, towel soap but were not registered , according to receptionist , when I failed to get in time! Non English speaking receptionists and attenders lack understanding, though they were very courteous, require proper training. A complimentary fruit tray& patties were kept on first day is appreciable. English newspaper must be provided to rooms which normally is a practice in all hotels, instead of asking us to come to lobby to read there! Of course, on my insistence, they provided one. Housekeeping requires improvement. But on the whole, it was a pleasant stay except for minor deficiencies.

Spacious room with sufficient elements needed and conditioned air with aromatic washrooms with all basic needs...Nice Breakfast with all healthy supplements
