房間在一樓，大堂在四樓，房間面積還行，主要是有個陽台，陽台有抽拉的繩子可以曬衣服，這點很棒。開窗就是海景。

After being very apprehensive beforehand from the bad reviews this hotel has received we’ve just returned from our stay here at Playadulce and can honestly say it isn’t as bad as others make it out to be! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The animation team were so good with our children daytime and evening for the mini disco. We stayed in a themed room which was spacious enough for the 6 of us. The beds are rather firm but we all managed to sleep ok. The only thing that lets this hotel down as an all inclusive hotel is the lack of food. The buffet lacks in choice (so difficult for fussy eaters especially children) and yes it does get repetitive day to day. The other odd thing is that you have to eat in the restaurant at all times unless you want to pay separate for the food and then you can eat near the pool. A lot of the places we’ve previously stayed at have cold/hot food options dotted around the hotel so you don’t have to get dressed to eat from the swimming pool. We also spent a fortune on ice creams and lollies as once the children notice the sign for them they no longer want the free little ice cream tubs! There isn’t an awful lot to do outside of the hotel but you can enjoy a nice beach walk in the evening. Overall, we had a nice family week away.

If you’re planning a family holiday and looking for fun, relaxing and worth the money look elsewhere.There’s better places in Spain you can stay for the same price. Defo overpriced, our expectations didn’t come to pass. From beginning we booked standard family double bed room, but on arrival we changed on Western Themed spacious room. We paid extra and happy that we did it because the standard double bed room was too old with tired decor wise . Western was comfortable for all family with modern furniture and comfy bed. Staff : really helpful, friendly, cheerful and hard working Hotel is very clean all 24h. It was looked like half hotel was refurbished. It was very nice but other part of hotel was still too old and tired .Maintenance work around from early morning, so you can hear loud noises from outside . Food: limited , repetitive for lunch and dinner. Not big choice . Fussy eaters kids probably could eat only chips because during our stay we didn’t find like chicken nuggets, fish fingers, meatballs etc. A few times we had a pizza but not every day . All-inclusive like a not inclusive, prepare yourself to pay for it. Lovely location, beachfront. Nice outdoors pools, hot tubs with water but keep an eye your small children as all pools aren’t supervised particularly when it’s crowded Kids club staff were fantastic 10 out of 10. Kids loved
