房間整潔，地理位置也好，服務也很好

O hotel é muito bonito e as piscinas bastante agradáveis. A cama de casal é bastante grande e confortável,no entanto o sofá cama para as crianças revelou-se uma péssima experiência. As molas rangiam toda a noite e o colchão era tão fininho que as crianças não conseguiam dormir por sentirem as barras de ferro a magoar as costas. Pedimos uma solução,foi-nos fornecido mais um colchão,mas não funcionou e as crianças tiveram de dormir no chão. O serviço de limpeza de quartos é bastante deficitário, houve mesmo um dia em que não fizeram a limpeza,camas,etc e tivemos de reclamar, situação muito desagradável. Conseguir estacionamento no hotel é bastante complicado e o processo de atribuição de lugares muito pouco transparente

Amazing except for that mattress So, I’m conflicted. Everything about this hotel is great, except the mattress. The mattress was SO hard (and you could kind of feel the springs), I do not know how anyone slept on it. I requested blankets that I piled to make some cushioning, which helped but not entirely. The one must of a hotel is to get a good night’s sleep. And that was harder than it should have been. If the mattress had been sleepable, this hotel would have gotten 5 stars from me. The location is absolute perfection. Could not be better. Right on the edge of the Centro Histórico, I walked to dinner every night (5-10 min walk to all the best restaurants). It’s across from the marina. And right by a rental car spot. The pool area is beautiful. The sun hours are a little more limited than the actual hours of daylight because the pool is enclosed in a four-walled courtyard, but no big deal. The lounge chairs are so comfortable. The pool clean and well-maintained. The indoor pool and spa area were clean and nice. I sat in the small (but great) sauna every day. Breakfast is totally decent for a hotel brunch spread. They have a cooking station for fresh omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes. The bell tower is loud when you are outside, but I couldn’t hear it when I slept. The staff was nice (though not necessarily the most helpful with specific recommendations of tour companies or specific restaurants). My room was spacious and clean. Excellent cleaning service. The bathroom is nice with a great shower. Black out curtains were great. Lots of storage. Literally, everything was great except that mattress. If they replace them, I would certainly stay here again
