Ukino Palmeiras Village - 24h All Inclusive

I was with two children in the hotel at the beginning of June. The hotel was wonderful, very clean, the food looked and tasted wonderful. The service was at the highest standard and we will definitely go back there

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating to any we needed. The food was great, having food from different countries each dinner time. As well as the usual salads, fruit, chips and pizza you can find something for even the fussiest eater. The hotel is definitely brilliant for families with lots of different activities for the children to do if they wanted. As well as the amazing kids pool with lots of different slides for then to play on. A lovely sandy beach is only a 5 min walk away with a little beach cafe great for a snack or ice cream 😊. My only negative is the kids disco didn’t start until 8:30pm which I thought was a little too late for some children. Also the bouncy castle and bungee trampolines were a little expensive to sustain every night the bouncy castles are €6 for half a hour and €10 for a hour. My 3 year old loved it but only lasted 15mins befor she got tiered out. Over all though it a brilliant family place great for children of all ages. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want a quite week away as this is far from quite. But we loved it and would recommend to all families.

This was our first visit here as a family of 4 &it was a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is better than I expected, the staff are lovely and the hotel is kept very clean. The rooms were spacious enough for us all (including a cot) water was provided which you can re-fill around the hotel , and they also included a small fridge . The pools are lovely however the splash park is separate to the main pool, there was no rushing in the morning for sunbeds ! We sometimes wouldn’t be ready until 10 & still found somewhere to sit . The food is standard for your all inclusive however it did get very repetitive, we stayed for 10 days however found ourselves eating out at teatime ! There isn’t much to do outside the hotel, there are a few shops and restaurants but that’s all. We did take a taxi into the town centre which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with children.

We stayed for 1 week in June 2025. Family of 2 Adults 2 kids and Grandparents. On arrival to check in we were met with a friendly and very helpful receptionist. Check in was very quick and we our room was ready on arrival at 11am. Originally our booking was 2 adults 1 child per room and I phoned Easyjet a few days before we travelled and they wanted a shockingly £1000 to upgrade room to fit 2 adults and 2 kids however on check in the receptionist offered to put us all in one room and requested a Housekeeper to take sofa bed from grandparents room and move into our room. I was very impressed with this and how quickly it was actioned. Room - Our room was a double side seaview/pool room. The bed was huge and big enough for me, hubby and our 6 year old whilst my 11 year old had the sofa bed. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well. Bathrooms are very spacious and shower was very good. Balcony is large size with line for drying clothes. We had 3 suitcases and I felt there was enough storage space for everything. Housekeeping - If am honest the HK at this hotel was impeccable. Honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The cleanliness of the pools was fantastic, the team were out every morning washing each sunbeds/chairs and cleaning pools. The rooms, restaurants, and all areas of hotel are incredible clean and well looked after. Massive credit to the HK team who in my opinion are some of the hardest workers in a hotel. Food - We were all inclusive and always found something to eat. Food was cooked well and I loved the little children buffet section where they can serve themselves. Large variety of food and different themed nights. The snackbar is inside and you do have to dry off to eat there which we did most days as we enjoyed the toasties. The only thing I would say is we missed English sausages for our morning breakfast. Evening Entertainment - This was the biggest let down. They have a mini disco on Level 4 at 8.30pm for kids then you have to move to theatre in a separate building for other entertainment. I just found this very inconvenient. The kids disco area also has bouncy castles, climbing thing and trampolining around €6 per go on each, definitely expensive if you were to go each night. Thankfully my kids weren't interested. Moving on to the evening theatre entertainment, this was dreadful to the point we stopped going half way through the week. We played Bingo the first night and my 6 year old won a line and they gave her a bottle of champagne. Surely they could get some little teddies or something child friendly if the kids win. The music after this/different shows each night were so loud that it was unbearable. I definitely think the hotel entertainment needs some work, the team should visit other hotels for ideas. We’ve just returned from here and can’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate and check in was quick and easy. One of the best all inclusive’s I’ve been to. The room was a family room and a decent size and again immaculate. There was plenty to do. So much so that you could easily not leave hotel. I like the fact that the pools are split in to two areas. The first , next to the hotel, is pretty chilled with a large pool and a small kids pool. Plenty of seating and its own bar. Further down is the massive family area. The only down side is that it’s a bit of a walk from the hotel. With having a toddler and using a stroller it’s handy that there is ramped access right down to the poolside. The family area is huge with plenty of seating, bar and toilets. With a second restaurant next to it. You can easily spend the day there. The kids splash park is brilliant. Our toddler absolutely loved it with a variety of slides. The main pool is huge and next to it are three flumes which can be used by young children up to adults. There was plenty going on during the day. Though it would’ve been nice if there was an easier way to find out what was going on other than the boards. There was also a kids club though we never utilised that. Food and drink wise there was good choice. Buffet will never beat a la carte but there was always a good and fresh selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meat and fish was constantly being freshly prepared. They also have a kids size buffet cart. The selection for the kids could have been a bit better but that’s a minor niggle. The staff were all great and even sent up a cake and bottle of fizz for my mum’s birthday after seeing the birthday cards in her room. There was entertainment on every night. Some of it was a bit repetitive but only to be expected when you’re trying to entertain different nationalities at the same time. We had an absolutely fantastic time and our toddler absolutely loved it.
