More about the inside space: This tiny home, only about 750 sqft, boasts a nice open floor plan comfortably holding 4 guests. There are two bedrooms with queen mattresses, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, washer & dryer, and a full newly-remodeled bathroom. We provide all basic necessities to make you feel at home including but not limited to; wifi, a TV is available with Netflix, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, oil for cooking, salt & pepper, tea, local coffee, and creamer. A large dog crate is also available for guest use upon request. More about the outside space: At this home there is plentiful street parking. Guests have access to fenced in yard, deck, outdoor seating, outdoor grill, and fire pit! Feel free to bring your furry friend, or children as there is access to a large fenced in yard. This home is located in the middle of it all, allowing easy access to downtown Port Angeles, and close to many outdoor activities. We will be available by phone or message 24/7 so please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This home provides self check-in. A short 7 min walk to downtown PA and the BC ferry. Only 2 miles from the Olympic National Park Visitor Center and base of Hurricane Ridge, 25 min to lake crescent, 57 min to Sol Duc Resort, 27 minutes to Salt Creek Rec area, 20 min to Elwha River, 1h 24m to lapush, 1h 56m to Cape Flattery, 1h 48m to hobuck and much more! This home is located near town and public transportation. If you are looking to explore the various activities this area has to offer we do recommend having a vehicle. We charge $50 per pet as a fee for hosting your furry friend. If there are additional cleaning fees that incur during your stay related to pets, you will be charged accordingly. *Guests will be charged an extra $25 for late check out; check out time is approximately (11am) unless otherwise talked about with host... the charge is $25 per 30 minute increments. Thank you for being respectful of the hosts and cleaners time.* Use of the fire pit, and axe is at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for any damage caused by your use of the same. Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in pile, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests. We're keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house. Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit. No illegal drugs allowed, it's the law. Please note that there is no basic cable at the house as it is difficult to stream due to the Olympic Mountain Range. We have a Roku with a Netflix account and you may cast streaming services from your phone. Please be respectful of (Y)our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am. Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 55 degrees when not in use. Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties. No smoking is allowed indoors. We are honored you decided to choose this home, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. Please note that there are exterior cameras to ensure the integrity and safety of the property (especially in the slow season). There are NO interior cameras.
