Days Inn by Wyndham Port Aransas TX

Found a bed bug, didn't even spend the night. Stains everywhere. The light was busted so wonder if previous tenants didn't notice bugs due to lighting.

This is a family friendly location in Port Aransas they offer a continental breakfast, free wi fi, pool & hot tub w one bbq pit & several pick-nick tables. The room was large & offered mini fridge & microwave. Rm was basic , nothing fancy but was clean & perfect for a quick getaway and day at the beach for 2 . Location right off 361 close (~ 1 mile or less) to Mustang Island ferry entrance. Service from the staff was outstanding! They were friendly, respectful and responsive to our requests. Will definitely be back !

if you’re looking for the perfect place to get away to a safe, clean, comfortable and peaceful hotel, this Port Aransas Days Inn, is for you! I cannot say enough about the incredible staff. I stayed 33, yes, 33, days in January and early February 2025. Four people made my stay so memorable and fun that I will definitely go back. Susan, Denise, Brandy and the Manager Jay, went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and happy during my stay. I met other, what I learned are called Winter Texans, that stay at this property every year (One for 12+ years, and they were incredible and I now consider them my new friends. Yes, Ruth and Linda that’s you! Seriously, it’s just a very friendly place and they generally want to make sure you enjoy your day. I can’t thank them enough and I know you will experience the same thing.

Great hotel and enjoy staying there BUT...booked thru a 3rd party (Lodging Support) who said there rates were less than Days Inn. Ended up having to cancel WITHIN 10 MINUTES. I was charged 50.00 more than Days Inn charges for a two night stay and money was immediately pulled out of my account. I have made multiple calls to the manager and sent emails with no reply and according to Lodging Support manager has denied my refund. Did not stay and booked/cancelled within 10 minutes but they collected 214.10 and refuse to even reply to me much less give me any kind of a refund.

Days Inn by Wyndham is ok for a short trip to the beach. I will stay here again. In the room we stayed in, the ac unit was located across the room from our beds, so the room was not as cold as it could have been. The free Wi-Fi was easy to connect, however, we couldn't watch any of our movies nor any of our apps. worked. So Wi-Fi didn't work. Other than that, it is a great location to have access to the beach, stores and restaurants.

Highly recommend very accommodating and friendly and comfortable and location was very close to the beach
