I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share both the positives and areas for improvement. The building is quite old, and this shows in the room’s condition. The bathtub and sink had drainage issues, which was inconvenient. Toiletries were also incomplete – no toothbrush or toothpaste provided, which was disappointing. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. The food was tasteless with very limited variety. On top of that, the dining area couldn’t handle the crowd. Guests were split across different levels, and the upper level was very congested, making it uncomfortable to queue and get food. However, I must say the in-room dining was excellent. The food I ordered, especially the Nasi Goreng Kampung and Mee Mamak, was delicious and of high standard – definitely exceeded expectations. This was the highlight of my stay. While the location is convenient and the staff were polite, overall the experience was mixed. With improvements in maintenance, breakfast quality, and guest management, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better stay.
