Bequia Beach Hotel - Luxury Resort

This is my husband and I second year at Bequia Beach Hotel and we love it. From front desk, the bar, the kitchen & housekeeper everyone is so friendly and provides the best customer service. Can’t wait to see you guys next year! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Loved the charm of the hotel. It was welcoming and beautifully landscaped. The staff were top notch with service and always friendly and willing to cater to all our needs. Loved the tranquility of the island and natural beauty. Can’t wait for our next visit!

The service we experienced from every single encounter around the property was top-notch — everyone there made it a priority to make us feel taken care of. The setting is breathtaking and the accommodations are simple, quiet and very clean. We ate several meals there and the food was very good. We really enjoyed the Sandbar (beachfront bar) and the oceanfront infinity pool. The front desk staff and concierge go above and beyond!

Just returned from this charming hotel. We always go away for my husbands birthday and May is quite quiet which was actually really nice. Katie the manager from Palm Island has been at the BBH since January and she has brought her enthusiasm with her along with some of the Palm island staff who were affected by Hurricane Beryl last July. We had a Junior Plantation suite which was up some steps but only a few. The room was massive with a comfy bed, settee, lounger and seat on the big balcony and loads and loads of cupboard space and a walk in wardrobe which also housed the fridge and safe plus two umbrellas and mozzie sprays....I walked into the bathroom and their were two showers and also a free standing bath as well as two sinks and a wicker chair...the bathroom was also massive!!! The fridge was stocked with beer, water and soft drinks as we were on the All inclusive package. There were 2 restaurants and 2 beach Bars, one along the beach from the hotel (Sand Bar) and the other Jacks bar which was on the Caribbean side of the island. The hotel offer a shuttle to Jacks Bar. Food and drink was included in the AI package so no having to pay extra. Restaurant food was well presented and there was variety and daily specials. A couple of times at lunchtime we had pizza and club sandwiches which were not on the menu...but you just ask and they are happy to do something different. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Katie is always hands on, none of this sitting in an office out of sight. The owner Mr M originally from Sweden, also interacts with his guests and is was a real pleasure talking to him about his life. We made loads of friends while there and we all had a great time together. Music was provided by some good groups and the atmosphere was just right.... Thank you to all the staff for making sure our time there was relaxing, Katie, Nya, Rima, Ciara in particular. I must not forget the gardeners who do such a brilliant job in the heat and the lads trying to clear up the sargassum....a thankless task....you are all legends!! Rita and Clive H

A score of four is possibly a bit harsh, as this is a lovely hotel. Our room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Although it’s quite a large hotel it doesn’t have big hotel feel, and the staff are amazing; they all seem to enjoy working there which is important. The beach is on the Atlantic side of the island, and so the waves are moderate, and nowadays there is quite a lot of seaweed, which the staff clear from the beach. There’s a free shuttle to the other side of the island where the water is calmer, and this comes with the use of loungers at Jack’s bar (where food and drink can also be charged to the room. The central location makes it a great place to explore the island. Only downside for me was the food. Breakfast provided the standard (American) bacon sausages eggs with French toast. and fresh fruit toast juice etc. I was almost desperate for some variety after a fortnight. The days when there was a local dish on the menu were too few in my view. In the evening, there is a choice between Bagatelle, which provides fine dining, and an Italian restaurant. The food in both was beautifully cooked and presented, but I found it lacked real impact; flavour erred on the safe side, with little spice and overall bland flavour. Maybe my taste buds are worn out from too much spice elsewhere. On the other hand they are only too happy to book tables for you at any of the local restaurants, and will arrange taxis to and from them. I think it’s well worth planing a few meals out, as these were all good options.

I really loved it here, it was extremely clean , peaceful and quiet. Also, I must make mention of the staff who did a great job at being warm the entire stay. Best stay so far at Bequia. Trust me, you get value for your money. It is like your home away from home.
