Such Friendly staff not the big hitel stay but all the comforts large room clean tranquil and this in the city wow . Food was excellent the kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my son at Nationals swim withe meals

Der Hotelmanager , sowie die guestrelation Managerin sind von ausgesuchter Höflichkeit! Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt! Wir waren 3Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Leihauto war auch äusserst sicher untergebracht! Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Hotelteam

Windermere HORROR HOTEL Stay away from this Hotel, i couldnt get into the Hotel for about 45 minutes nobody were at the Hotel and the key they left couldnt open the door . The Hotel is neglected and the the service was VERY poor . Also the Breakfast was a joke!!!

Of all the hotels & guest houses we stayed whilst in South Africa this was by far the worst. Photos on website definitely gave a false impression. Met by a stand in receptionist-ok, who explained the hotel to us, shown to room (9?) and what a disappointment. Definitely needed a revamp. Carpet had an iron burn, windows were dirty, outside furniture was covered in pigeon feathers and poo, not as if I would have used the pool but this had all sorts of debris floating in it and breakfast was very mediocre.

This is not a 4 star boutique hotel. It's more likely a 2 star hotel with a lack of attention to detail and overall management. There was one gown and 1 set of towels in the room. We asked for a second set but after the room was cleaned these were removed. I suggest the following to be included in the room; hair dryer, bottled water in the fridge, adequate towels and gowns and a loadshedding timetable. My husband ordered an early breakfast but on the morning in question we were told that this information was not given to the morning staff. The room was clean and staff generally friendly but not an adequate degree of service.
