Newly renovated private apartment, very modern. Less than two miles from the beach, and shopping plaza with grocery store. You will have your own entrance and be able to come and go as you please. This unit is attached to the house but it is closed, you will have total privacy. This apartment does not include a full kitchen but does have a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Studio apartment attached to my house with your own private entrance. Very close to shopping and the beach. I will be there as you need me. If you want your privacy it can be like I’m not even there, I’m very easy going. Guests will have WiFi access and streaming services are provided. Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc. Beach - 1.7 miles Shopping - less than 2 miles Speedway - 5.5 miles Daytona Beach airport - 5.5 miles Laundromat - less than a 10 minute walk. 7/11 - Just down the road Uber will be your best bet for getting around if you do not have transportation. There’s some places you can walk to near by but Uber is the way to go.
