BBQ grill in the back yard will complete your daily catch. Charters and excursion charter at the marina in walking distance. Lovely fenced back yard with plenty of shade and room to entertain. WIFI and theater quality surround sound useable in two large, inviting living areas. 6 minutes to Beaufort and 4 min from Port Royal. Lists of festivals and oyster roast almost year round. I’ve decided to share my home that I’ve been blessed with for other to enjoy. Quiet road with only one way in and out. Have a look, and if your young adult is graduating Parris Island..SEMPER FI and enjoy your celebration!
