"We really enjoyed our stay and the setting of the hotel. I enjoyed prompt room service and the food was excellent. Beachside location was very enjoyable too."
"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice bar. Tasty food. Good value. Plenty of car parking. Comfortable beds. The room had a lovely sea view to see the sun rise in the morning."
"A little far from the center, but on foot you can reach the station, and to the castle"

"The Hotel was beautiful and the location was great the clean facilities were excellent and the service was exemplary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand. Our problem seems to be with TRIP.COM. We paid our bill, a fact born out by our credit card, but we keep getting notices for nonpayment. I have tried to contact the hotel with no luck and no luck with TRIP.COM."

"Good location if you're looking to stay near the airport, but I honestly wish we had spent another night in the small Mourneview B&B near Carlingford and made the drive into DUB. This hotel is huge and packed with people. The receptionist was kind, but the line up is long and once you finally find parking, you're fed up waiting. There is air conditioning in the lobby, but not in the hotel rooms. Felt like an oven as soon as you walk to the elevator and the night was long as the room was warm, so we opened the windows and then we had the noise of the busy motorway outside. The room was okay, but then we found gum stuck under the table. The breakfast was the best part, the buffet has many options to choose from."
"Need to know: It is currently 2.5 pounds per person each way to ride the necessary airport shuttle bus. Dublin Airport imposes a long walk on everyone using any of the shuttle buses, which stop much closer to the bus station than the airport (however, you can't get a cab because the distance is too short). In addition, Dublin Airport has a very confusing entrance/exit area definitely designed to make it impossible for vehicles to get anywhere close to the terminal, but also making it virtually impossible to make sense of the signage and twists and turns when using public or for-hire transportation. You need time, both in and out!! I downgraded to ”4” for Location because we had to pay for the airport shuttle - the more expensive, name-brand airport hotels do not charge.
Also, breakfast is not included at the Premier Inn and is currently 9.95 pounds for continental, including a few hot items you can order, or 11.95 pounds for the full hot breakfast. The food is good and the restaurant is large and comfortable.
On the plus side, our room - with a queen bed - was large, the bathroom and closet were generously large, and the room furnishing is simple but quite functional.
Worth being this close to the airport to make sure you are timely for your flight, especially flying to the US, which definitely takes 3 hrs as you go through Ireland security followed by US-specific security that is a long walk away and repeats all the standard airport security processes!!"
"Great if you have a flight out of Dublin Airport.
Bar was great but we felt that there could of been a little more choice of food in the restaurant and bar.
Breakfast was excellent.
Close by public transport links to main town Swords."
"Fine for what it is - the restaurant is decent and the staff are friendly. The room itself leaves much to be wished for considering the €130 I paid for it, but I’m told all of Ireland has become one large scamming operation so I suppose this is just normal."
