Thank you to all the staff for making our stay at IKOS Porto Petro so comfortable and special. Firstly thanks to Bogdan, F&B Manager for taking the time for us to discuss our dietary requirements and ensure we had everything we need for our meals. He was very friendly and always willing to help. Big thank you to Chef Dimitris, Antonio, Ivan and all the chefs for making us delicious vegetarian meals. They were always so accommodating and made us whatever we wanted, even tasty Indian meals. Thank you to Elena for arranging with the chefs our vegetarian meals. She was always so efficient. The staff in the Market (Eva & Pedro especially) were always willing to help and very friendly. The ice cream parlour has lots of choice with gelato, popcorn, cakes, sweets and biscuits. Thanks to Nikos & team for always being so friendly and serving us yummy ice cream. Thank you to the lifeguard at the adults pool for being so welcoming and helping us with our towels & sun-beds. Thanks to all the housekeeping staff, especially Fatima for keeping our room so clean and tidy. Thanks to all the buggy drivers for always offering us a lift, they were all so friendly and always smiling. Finally a thank you to all the staff at the resort, including security guards and lobby staff. We would highly recommend this resort. It is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and has great views of the sea. The cocktails are all so well made and refreshing too!!

This is the 3rd ikos we visit and officially my favourite! It's so beautiful and the small marina town outside the hotel is just charming. Here are the best parts about the resort: - the staff: they are just all so so lovely! Special shout out to Mohamed who deals with the buggies at reception, Laurens our favourite buggy driver, Antonis at guest relations, and Vicky and her incredible kids club team. These are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and they are so patient with our kids! But really all staff were so lovely at the hotel. A big thank you to all! - the sea and facilities are absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous clear sea and a beautiful sandy setting. Lots of pools, a small playground, on top of spa tennis etc etc. Note to people who have been to other ikos: there's no splash pool area here which is a shame but whatever. - the food is really good! Not the pool bars though... those feel very 'all inclusive standard'. But the beach restaurant and seasons were particularly good here. - kids club: if your child enjoys kids club they do it so so well here. The staff are really professionals, properly trained and engaged with the kids. And, as the mum of a child with SEN, I can say that a huge reason we keep coming back to ikos is because of that training and that incredible inclusive and friendly nature at kids club. My daughter was one of 4 kids with SEN at the club and they facilitated everything for her, and they all absolutely loved it. Thank you kids club for being so wonderful! - the cleanliness: it genuinely baffles me how a family resort is so clean. The pools and the restaurants are loaded with children (warning to couples who are thinking of coming for a romantic getaway: dont kid yourselves, even in the adults only sections you can hear kids having a good time). Anyway point is that every part of the resort is super clean - it means four seasons clean. It's astonishing What's not so good... check out was a bit of a mess. I dont think they've cracked that system yet. Also, the prices keep creeping up every year, well above inflation. Same with the extras. It's 40 euros per hour for babysitting now, 160 euros for a 40mins spa massage, 130 to see the doctor. None of that is remotely reasonable. And with the room rates going up, I wonder at what point ikos stops being value for money versus more luxurious 5* options. For now though, we're very happy customers and are looking forward to going back to ikos Porto Petro next year again. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!

Ikos Porto Petro exceeded all expectations. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From the restaurants to the front desk — flawless hospitality. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with stunning sea views and exceptional service. Everything was perfectly maintained, from the stylish rooms to the relaxing pool areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Great food, peaceful atmosphere, and true luxury throughout. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back! ⭐️

The welcome at the hotel as we arrived was immense. The view is outstanding and the first impression was outstanding. No check in desks as such, but shown to a soft sofa and bought drinks as all the paperwork was completed. Rooms has been requested close to each other and this had been arranged. Unfortunately mum was ill during the stay, but the onsite doctor arrived at the room within 45 mins in the evening and understood her complex existing health needs as well as the issue at hand. Although it was a Sunday the next day, the prescription he wrote was collected by the bell boys at the nearest open pharmacy. We just asked where the nearest open pharmacy was and they just took the worry out of trying to find it by offering to collect and bring to us. The service was the best I have experienced. Laura at reception was super helpful and kind. The food was outstanding- I love a buffet as a vegetarian, as I can normally choose from a wide variety of food, but here there was a massive choice of food at all the restaurants. The quality of food was also the best I have experienced for a mass catering all inclusive. Minibar restocked daily with crisps and spirits. It was hard to get an early dinner reservation (6.30-7), so would recommend getting these arranged asap if that is a time you like. Tesla was available to use for free, although we didn’t do this. There were also free water sports. Pool was heated at this time of year and there were plenty of subbed. The adult area was pretty quiet. An adult pool wouldn’t go amiss though. Waiters were checking though the day if more drinks were needed. The gym was well equipped and well used. It was a bit bigger as a resort to what I imagined but there were chauffeur driven golf carts for times it seemed too far to walk. The beds were really comfortable and we all had a fantastic time. So much so we have just booked to go to Ikos Andalusia to try the next in the Ikos family.

We spent a week at ikos Porto Petro during May 2025. Its a stunning resort perched on the side of Porto Petro a small fishing village in the beautiful island of Majorca. This stunning all inclusive resort has everything you would expect from a five star resort and more. The setting is stunning and complemented amazingly by the beautiful aesthetics of the resort, the food the drinks and the staff are amazing. Can’t say enough about the staff they go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. If you stay more than five nights you get private transfer to and from the hotel, which may not sound like much, but it’s a lovely touch. Service at the poolside is amazing. You never have to move, food and drinks are brought to your side whenever required. Staff are so very attentive. You have an array of restaurants to choose from for breakfast lunch and dinner including a marketplace which is a buffet but beyond a buffet it is beautiful. Food in every restaurant is 2nd to none you have as much as you would like or as much as you can possibly eat, wines are carefully chosen for each restaurant to compliment the menu and the waiting staff are very knowledgeable in which wines to pair with your food. Lots of activities going on within the resort itself including water sports, gym, bikes, yoga , water aerobics et cetera, plenty to keep everyone entertained. So why did I only give it four stars? Well as a couple going, we felt it was more a resort based around families and therefore too many children running around especially in the evening . we went in May to avoid the school summer holidays, but even at this time of year there was a lot of children and a lack of adult only space which is a pity and maybe one of the reasons we don’t think we would return. A beautiful place, just too many families for us when we are seeking a quiet peaceful adult only experience.
