Charming 3-bedroom townhome with WiFi, in central location in Potsdam Village

Potsdam Great location!

It was very spacious, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The rooms were very large and cozy! Plenty of off street parking and close to town and Clarkson University.

Potsdam duplex The property was well situated to the town for us. Rentals are not plentiful in this smaller town, so we appreciated the proximity. The host was accessible and helpful. The older home was large, with all the room we needed and more (we were 3 adults). It is a shared wall duplex, and the neighbors couldn’t be heard—very nice! I had to remove someone else’s hair wad from the shower drain, which was there as I stepped in so I know it wasn’t mine. The coffee maker and pot (critical equipment!!) had to be scrubbed before use. That is also how I keep my house, but I’d rather not pay to do the same thing in a rental property! Other than those 2 oversights, the accommodation was clean, right down to the floors drying from being well-mopped—thank you! We enjoyed the two new Adirondack chairs and side table for our morning coffee outside. The fresh flowers on the dining room table was a welcoming touch.

Simple but very comfortable. Very well maintained, and almost instant response to any communication.
