"A very distinctive British-style hotel, Xiaobailou has a long history. The whole environment is very beautiful. You can take a walk in the park during the day. I really like the windows in the main building with the view~ The afternoon tea set is rich and delicious, the restaurant's daily supply of tea, coffee and wine list is also very rich, and the dinner standard is online. Facilities: Disposable slippers are generally not provided. It is best if you can prepare them yourself ~ I changed the room type once in the middle, and the second room was not equipped with a refrigerator. It happens to be the hottest summer in London. The hotel has no air conditioning and relies on a small electric fan to blow the air.😂"

"We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative. The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey. The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels. Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10 There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents. Many thanks Christine (room 10)"
