Holiday Inn Express & Suites Claypool Hill (Richlands Area)

This hotel has a warm and friendly environment. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and neat. The staff offers tasty water, cookies, and popcorn for guests in the evening. This facility is most suitable for individuals who has business in the area. The young woman who prepares breakfast for guests was awesome!

Stayed for the pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast. All was fine, the breakfast was great. The door to our room wouldn't open normally, but the lady at the front desk knew right away what to do. It was pretty quiet. Kids loved swimming, and the beds were clean and comfy.

Staff were helpful.

The hotel itself was fine. Staff was fine except for the fact that no one was ever at the front desk. They were always in the office off to the side. You’d have to stand there for a bit before they would hear someone out there. Maybe a bell to ring might help? The breakfast was nice. We went up to ride the Back of the Dragon rd but besides that. There isn’t really anything to do there in November. We booked a stay Frid- Mon and checked out a day early. We were bored but nothing to do with the hotel.

Extremely friendly staff and comfortable bed. Chrissy was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. The rest of the staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in an hour early without any issues. I would definitely stay here again.
