Appartamento sito al 6 piano di un edificio commerciale nella piazza principale di Praga. Moderno luminoso e con una vista che ripaga per intero il prezzo non proprio economico dell intero appartamento. Diciamo che l arredamento è un tantino economico. Piatti dell ikea per intenderci e mobili anche. Un po di polvere qua e la e una pulizia generale che non è proprio da appartamento di lusso come viene descritto in più tante piccole cose che andrebbero migliorate. Per esempio la grata del riscaldamento in camera da letto è a filo pavimento, ma essendo rotta mi ha graffiato il piede camminandoci scalza sopra. La caldaia sopra il water perde acqua che se sei seduto ti centra in pieno. L acqua calda dura pochissimo al massimo un doccia poi si deve aspettare. Per lavare i piatti invece di acqua calda nemmeno l ombra. Il letto di fattura economica ha i materassi completamente sfondati , ci caschi dentro. I muri bianchi sono pieni di segni graffi e strisciate varie. In sostanza poche cose che se risolte potrebbero veramente far sentire il locatario in una abitazione di prestigio. Perché la location è super. La vista che si gode dalle 4 grandi finestre è superba. Per me la vista conta più del resto. Consigliato.

If you are looking for Just location , it’s perfect place to stay. other than that there is nothing else to offer by the property , it’s on a terrace of a commercial building, you don’t feel like you are in a apartment or a hotel . # They charge you for towels even after taking 300 euros for a day ( They expect you to use same towel for 3 days ) # I had to send 4 reminders for getting the key details , even after 4 reminders they didn’t send mail properly and then i had to send mail to there customer service team to get a proper response # My property was booked as city view and i was given a junkyard view ( i lost my faith on there communication completely, so decided to stay wherever and what lever i got ) # They overcharged me by almost 5% in name of currency conversion and when complained , they asked me to speak to my bank ( hillarous) # There are 100s of properties available in prague with much cheaper rate , try other better options
