TRES MAUVAISE SURPRISE à l arrivée : nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 3 ans ( ils nous ont montré la réservation qui était conforme à la notre !! ) pour 4 nuits ; on nous a attribué 1 chambre avec des lits jumeaux !!! Quand nous avons demandé un lit pour enfant ( y avait pas !!! ) l enfant devait dormir entre les 2adultes !!!!! Nous avons du acheter un petit matelas ( que l on a donné après , car nous voyagions en avion !!) Deuxième surprise : supplément de 50 € pour entretien frais et réservation à payer à l entrée De plus le personnel était pas agréable , pas aimable , la salle de bain limite vétuste , le petit déjeuner succinct (exemple jamais de confiture ) nous avions réservé pour le prix attractif ( 230 € pour 4 nuits ) mais la RESERVATION et le PRIX ne CORRESPONDENT pas !!!!!!! JE DECOMMANDE à tous les FRANCAIS

Second worst hotel experience of my life. Please do not go there. Rooms are dirty, sheets are stained, towels have big holes in them, there is no cupboard in the room, lamps and mostly everything in bathroom is broken, f.i. broken shower door was replaced with remains of the curtain. There was dirt and dust everywhere. Breakfast was scary with dirty cups which needed to be broken off from the shelf. Elevator did not work. Only positive thing was hot water.

Tout était sale: draps, matelas, serviettes, murs, plancher, tapis dans les escaliers et corridors. Il n'y avait pas de papier de toilette, ni tapis de bain. Personne à la reception pour nous aider. C'est une femme de chambre qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Notre chambre était au 5e étage mais l'ascenseur "de service" se rendait jusqu'au 4e. Nous avons dû nous reloger à nos frais, aucune possibilité d'obtenir un dédommagement. J'ai dû negocier pour obtenir une facture imprimée. Ils ont refusé d'écrire les raisons de notre départ hâtif, ne se sont pas excusé, ne nous ont pas proposé une autre chambre. La directrice n'est jamais venue nous rencontrer ou constater l'état de la chambre. C'est le pire établissement que j'ai vu. Aucun respect pour les voyageurs. Les chambres ne ressemblent en rien aux photos, aucune piscine ni spa comme écrit dans leur description. Nous nous sommes relogés dans un super quartier dans un hotel impeccable pour la moitié du prix!!!! ******* ne devrait pas faire la promotion d'établissement de ce genre.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nell’hotel e non è stata un’esperienza positiva. L’ascensore non funzionava, le luci del terzo piano non funzionavano. Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato peli sulle lenzuola, che erano semplicemente appoggiate sul materasso. In 3 notti non hanno mai pulito la nostra camera o rifatto il letto: per loro il servizio di pulizia della camera consiste nello svuotare uno dei due cestini presenti. L’altro cestino infatti era pieno già al nostro arrivo, e in seguito non lo hanno mai svuotato, neanche dopo averglielo esplicitamente detto. La nostra camera non era come dalle foto dell’hotel, ma molto peggio e inoltre c’era l’eco. Il personale (ad eccezione di una ragazza) era molto scorbutico e poco disponibile, inoltre solo in pochi parlavano inglese e gli altri ci rispondevano in ceco.

It wasn't terrible. But i couldn't shower properly because the thingy where you are supposed to put the shower was pointing on the wrong direction so i had to be resourceful. The breakfast is certainly not worth it, use de 7 euro to do it somewhere else. But for the price it was ok.

Une honte ! Hôtel à fuir
J'ai réservé cet hôtel uniquement pour la prestation SPA comme cadeau d'anniversaire à ma chérie. A notre arrivée, le réceptionniste nous informe que cela fait des années qu'il n'y a plus de SPA. Je souhaite annuler au moins la 2e nuit, mais refus catégorique. Nous découvrons la chambre : très basique avec des lits sans sommier (juste une plaque de bois) les matelas souillés et déchirés, ainsi que les draps. J'exige de nouveaux draps (ces derniers tout autant douteux !)
Déduction : un week-end gâché, un mal de dos terrible et beaucoup de temps perdu en transport car l'hôtel est tout de même à 5 km du centre ville.
