Pros:
The location is fantastic — super convenient and easy to get around.
Cons:
The bed could use some improvement. It felt quite soft and sagged in the middle, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The staff are super friendly. I forgot to print out my train ticket. When i told the staff, she immediately assist me to print it out 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel was in great location and very clean BUT the reception is shared with a public building where the entrance is shared with the viewing tower at the top of the hotel so guest share the lift with the public and some times there can be 20 people waiting for the lift and the reception area is tiny no where you can sit and wait for taxi or your pick up. Should have separate lift for paying guests. Also some of the security at the door entrance are extremely rude. Rooms where quite big bathrooms where very clean & modern. Photo is at the top of hotel from viewing tower. Guests get free pass for viewing tower. Great choice at breakfast.
