I stay for 3 nights.Hade standart single room.Very small,but clean,redecorated,quiet.Nice with fridge,safety box.You hear people next room or corridor.Breakfast is good.Very pity,that the hotel have so nice patio open only to 10.30!Would be so nice to sit there and relax .

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my visit to Prague, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The hotel was nice, clean, and very comfortable, providing a great base for exploring the city. The staff were outstanding—from the warm and helpful team at the reception desk, to the friendly cleaning lady who kept everything spotless, to the excellent breakfast service each morning. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay in Prague. I look forward to returning in the future!

Ein tolle, verkehrsgünstige und zentrale Lage. Man ist schnell am Wenzels-Platz und an den zentralen Punkten der wunderbaren Stadt Prag. In der sehr umtriebigen Großstadt schläft man sehr ruhig und frühstückt auch ausgezeichnet. Hier gibt es nichts zu kritisieren: Alles bestens. Gerne komme ich wieder in dieses sehr angenehme Hotel in Prag.

Zimmer mit Terrasse...die Aussicht ist einfach nur traumhaft...die Angestellten waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend... Frühstück war sehr lecker.... Straßenbahn und Metro direkt um die Ecke... Bahnhof fußläufig super erreichbar...waren sehr zufrieden.... jederzeit wieder....

I stayed in this hotel with my partner for a few nights. The lady who checked us in and the man working at the front desk in the evening were very nice. However the blond lady who was working on Sunday was very rude. There was an issue in where the toilet seat cracked after my partner used it. I let her know the toilet seat cracked so it can be replaced. She told me we shouldn't have sat on it (how does one use a toilet without sitting on it, I do not know). We were then charged €40 for the toilet seat replacement. My partner explained the toilet seat was cheap and should not be used in a hotel if it can be broken from sitting on it, and was showing the lady the model of the toilet seat and how cheap it was. The lady on reception then took the phone from my partners hand to try show him how there are cheaper toilet seats. This was very unprofessional in my opinion. The lady is very rude and would be better suited working in a department that does not face customers. I used to be a manager of a 4* hotel and have never witnessed something this unprofessional in the industry. My advice is to book somewhere else if you think you may need to use a toilet.

We stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute nightmare. The blonde receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we checked in. The rooms were unbearably hot, and no matter how low we set the thermostat, it made zero difference – the air conditioning simply didn’t work. To make things worse, we found hair on the bed sheets, clearly left from previous guests – absolutely disgusting. The body wash provided caused skin irritation and itching after just one shower. I had to go out and buy my own because it was so bad. And the towels? Even when replaced, they smelled awful – like they’d never been properly washed. Please be careful if you’re considering staying here. This place was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and totally not worth the money. I do not recommend it.

Posizione comodissima vicino metro C e fermata tram 22 con cui vai ovunque. Prenotato una stanza deluxe trovata molto ampia e comoda. Letto king size e bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia idromassaggio. Colazione inclusa nella norma con tutto quel che serve per una giornata da passare in giro. Prezzo/prestazioni ok con camera deluxe. Consigliato!

The room was very clean and modern - it was so spacious apart from the shower which seemed out of place being so small. Although the breakfast was included within price, it was bland and limited. The hotel is in a handy location and staff were pretty friendly. Overall, considering what we paid, we were satisfied.

I do regret choosing this hotel due to several reasons: Felt more like a Hostel not a Hotel very dated. Booked Family room was totally different than advised. Our room was actually one main room not a nice Family room and was so noisy not good if you have children On the corner you could see Damp on a wall in bathroom the main bathroom the shower leaked which we wasted all day trying to get sorted Breakfast was terrible. Unfortunately I booked with breakfast included. Food was low quality and wasn’t regularly topped up and not enough tables too sit down for the amount of guest Of course I approached to reception and raised my concerns. The shower did get sorted We were only there for 4 days in Prague over Christmas, that is why I didn’t want to waste time and we deiced to stay It was my worst experience ever.
