Occidental Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Prague

Hotel is super clean and all the staff are very friendly. It's about 5 km to Prague 1 (centrum). But you can get there by metro in just 10 minutes. I personally found breakfast too expensive for too little/poor selection. 2 great/delicious restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel service is generally okay, but one thing needs improvement: the address on Google Maps needs to be confirmed again, because if you copy it directly to Uber, it will go to the other side. In addition, I would like to especially praise John, a friend from Uganda. When I first arrived, it was almost early in the morning, hungry and tired. He greeted me very kindly and friendly, and told me that I could download a takeout app and order it to the restaurant to enjoy. It was really considerate.

The hotel is in a good location. The front desk service is friendly. The room has a nice view. It is clean and sanitary. The minibar is also good. However, if you say it is a five-star hotel, it feels a little bit inferior to other five-star hotels. But it is still good. It is worth recommending.
