Private: property 950 m2 (fenced), small garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool heated (36 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 03.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, fitness room, billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Cook on request (extra). Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 250 m, supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 2.5 km, rocky beach 500 m. Nice welcome from the owner. Beautiful, modern villa. The bathrooms are really an eye-catcher. The pool is well maintained. I can only recommend. Gladly again.
