喜歡這個酒店，Spa就是免費的泡澡，原來還以為是按摩搞錯了，也是可以預訂按摩的，但是要另外加收費用，哈哈環境不錯

I’ve had multiple stays at The Spa Hotel Ribby Hall Village and each visit has been consistently excellent. The spa facilities are always spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious every time and caters well to different tastes, which is something I really appreciate. On our first visit, we enjoyed the Twilight Spa along with an evening meal and hotel stay — everything was perfect. We later returned for a bed and breakfast stay while I was pregnant, and again the service was fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully presented, with everything you could need. On one occasion, we didn’t have the best night’s sleep due to noise from neighbouring guests, but this was not the hotel’s fault at all. If anything, we would simply request a quieter room location next time. I’ve also visited with friends for an overnight stay and another spa day, and once again the experience was faultless — excellent service, immaculate rooms, and amazing food. Overall, the quality, experience, and value for money here are outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spa break.

Visited to use the Spa and have afternoon tea here to celebrate mothers day. The staff were welcoming and friendly and gave us the information we needed. We were given a towel and dressing gown but no flip flops but fortunately I had taken my own. There were lots of rooms once in the spa to explore for different heat therapy. A relaxation area, several outside hot tubs and a bar. I didn't use any of them as it was raining and cold unfortunately. It would have been better if they could put a canopy over them for when the weather is horrible so you don't get rained on whilst in them. I liked that there were water fountains around encouraging you to keep hydrated. All the Spa was very clean and well kept. We went on and had afternoon tea in their restaurant. Unfortunately we were placed on a dark corner table with poor lighting. After asking they very kindly moved us to a more appropriate table. We were given our stands of food but my sister had to ask what the sandwiches and cakes were where as normally you would get told. The savoury part was disappointing. Boring, cheep, dry bread sandwiches not thought of at all and 2 very odd pea and vinger croquettes. The cakes on the other hand were really yummy . There was as much tea and coffee as we wanted plus the cocktails were great. They provided us with little boxes to take home any food not eaten which was good. In all the service was great they couldn't do enough for us. They need to offer better AT content and cover the outdoor pools when awful weather. Things can always be improved.

My husband booked an overnight spa experience for me as a birthday treat and I have to say that the service was up there with the best we have had in a hotel! From check-in to check-out, we had such a lovely experience and we felt as though the staff couldn't do enough for us. We arrived mid-afternoon and checked into our lovely room. We then went straight to the spa, which was was just the right amount of busy and not too overcrowded. We then went for dinner and had a drink in the bar, followed by a meal in the Orangery. Special mention to our Waiter, Lewis, who was absolutely fantastic! Fun, friendly and very attentive. The food was also amazing! The service at breakfast the next morning was equally as delightful with Andrew advising us on what was on offer, topping up our coffee and offering us eggs and pastries galore. We then popped back into the spa for one last dip, feeling well-rested, fed and refreshed, before returning home to the chaos of our young children! We had such a fantastic stay and are already looking at when we can return!

Came here with my daughter as a treat for my upcoming 60th birthday. Its was amazing from start to finish. The facilities were amazing the food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend coming here 100%

Me and my husband came to the Spa Hotel on 27th October. We had a fantastic time. We booked the spa package which included 2 hours at the Aqua thermal journey, £35pp meal allocation at The Orangery and breakfast the next day. The spa The spa is beautiful and such a relaxing place to be. Lots of choice of rooms to explore, you are able to get a drink at the bar and relax in the outdoor areas or the jacuzzi. The only downside was we were not able to go in one of the jacuzzis outside with our drinks as the same people spent a lot of time in them and there was no room. However, this did not spoil our experience as we sat in another outdoor area. We had robes in our room, got changed into our swimwear in the room and made our way down to the spa. (You have to bring your own flip flops) . I booked a 30 minute back massage, this was amazing . The Hotel The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings. The view from our room you could see part of the outdoor spa and countryside setting which was nice. The shower is lovely and powerful and room decor is lovely. The bed was really comfortable too. The Orangery We had an evening meal at The Orangery and breakfast. This restaurant is amazing ! I had salmon to start with and a chicken dish and my husband had black pudding for starters and a lamb dish. The food was out of this world and my husband said "it was the best meal he has ever had". The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great too. A lovely experience. Overall Our stay at Ribby Hall overall was outstanding and would return and recommend to others. Thank you for making our stay one to remember.

We've just had the most wonderful spa day at Ribby Hall. My treatments (a facial and back massage) by Basia we're exceptional. Basia was welcoming, kind and thoughtful in her approach. My skin feels amazing and all the knots in my shoulders are gone! The facilities were fab and very clean, and all the staff we met were helpful.

Just returned from an overnight spa break which was our 25 th anniversary gift from our son . Upon check in we we upgraded to a one bedroom balcony room and wow it was beautiful very spacious . The thermal journey was lovely and so relaxing, 2 hrs on check in day and 1 hour on the morning of departure which is great ! Evening meal we had in the Orangery which was very nice and breakfast was lovely too with good quality ingredients. All staff we encountered throughout our stay both in reception the spa and restaurant were all very professional and friendly. It was our first visit here and we will definitely return again soon !

I booked an overnight stay with my sister for her 50th birthday, the aqua thermal journey was amazing, the food in the orangery was fantastic, the staff so warm and welcoming, our hotel room was so clean and fresh, we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience thankyou.
