To switch off the light you switch of the fan. Bed side light does not work. Plugs are not working. Shower drain plug broken

Hospitality was excellent, went out of their way to help us. We were there for our son's wedding at another venue and had to prepare some decorations for the next day. They even made space for us in their dining room to work on.

Excellent service, super friendly and they changed our family room to two single bedrooms without us needing to ask. As they noticed that we will he 2 couples sharing. Would definitely recommend as the rooms are super clean and fit for a couples stay with a massive bed. The bathroom had a shower and a tub, nice and big, exactly what every woman needs after a days party.

It was a pleasant stay and I'd like to acknowledge the friendly and helpful staff. It should however be said that the property requires serious maintenance and care to building and infrastructure. Gardens and general appearance very nice but accommodation (rooms and external stoep-areas) are not well maintained, clean and tidy. Some fundamental maintenance to seriously blistering paint on room walls, untidy wall fittings (e.g. wall plugs and light fittings), shabby curtains with missing hooks, proper cleanliness of floors and windows, etc. could make a big difference in client-experience.

Batter Boys Boutique Hotel, was beautiful, clean, spacious and accommodating to my family needs. I was able to sort out the family room, where my 3 boys were able to share the queen size bed and myself and my husband each took the single beds. We had a mini fridge in the rooms, as well as coffee, water, TV and WiFi. There were aircons, and the value for money was great. My kids said they definitely want to come back again to the 5 start hotel.

The Rooms were clean, but ceiling fans didn't work and neither did the air conditioning, the breakfast was abysmal, better to stay in winter where you don't need air conditioning and best just to sleep without the breakfast. i would not return.

We had a smooth check in and out. The place is neat inside the rooms. Just a standard place, ok for 1 night sleep over. Minimal breakfast, but understandable with the cost. Overall, it was okay stay..

Friendly staff, late arrival was easy, good clean rooms, well equipped, lots of parking, no complaints. The roads in the area require some TLC. Access to and from the N1 or N4 is easy. Toll roads are a bit expensive.
