Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown and within walking distance to so much of the excitement East Austin has to offer, this is the perfect place for your getaway!! The 3BR/2.5BA bungalow has such a serene setting nestled in the beautiful oak trees and offers amazing amenities for a comfortable stay with everything you need! You also have the option of experiencing tiny living with an Airstream right outside (Airstream requires an additional $150 for cleaning and utilities if used.) New for our guests, we have just installed a universal car charger, ensuring your electric vehicle is always ready for your Austin adventures. Inside the home, you'll have plenty of space to spread out or enjoy the open-concept living area to gather around for some delicious meals, play board games, or spend time with your travel companions! The family room offers plenty of seating with a queen-sized pull-out sofa, a large Smart TV, games, a vinyl record player, several vinyl records provided, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with items like a Keurig, coffee pot, KitchenAid stand mixer, crockpot, blender, toaster, cooking essentials, baking pans, cookie sheets, and more... you will have everything you need but the ingredients! Down the hallway, you'll find the 1st bedroom which holds a queen-sized bed and a desk- perfect for working remotely! The 2nd bedroom holds a queen-sized bed, and its own Smart TV, and utilizes the full bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub/ shower combination. In the back of the hallway is the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, toilet closet, double vanity, and large full-sized mirror. The hallway also holds a laundry room with a half bath! *The Main House sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on the pull-out sofa. The Airstream sleeps 2 for an additional charge. The backyard features beautiful native greenery and a fire pit area to sit around under Texas' vast starry skies. Slow-cook authentic Texas barbecue on the wood-smoker grill, sway in the shade of the big oak trees on the hammock or relax on the shaded front porch. Make lasting memories glamping in the fully renovated Airstream trailer -- complete with AC (more info below). In addition to this amazing house, you get an easy experience from start to finish when you book with us (the property manager). We have an incredible team you can call, email, and even TEXT(!) who regularly get called out by name in our homes' reviews. We are available 24/7 for our guests. There are also no keys- you get your own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay with our smart locks for extra security and peace of mind. We also provide a detailed property and destination guide for each property with things we like to do, and eat, info on the house, and more! We are a Texas-based company, family-owned, and have a true passion to be "Above The Rest" in all that we do! Book now as rates and availability are subject to change at any time. The Airstream features a bathroom - which is down during the cold months and brought back up when it warms up; the approximate months are January - March. It does provide another sleeping option as well as a great hang-out spot for 1-2 people in your group! Experience tiny living at its finest in this adorably decorated and outfitted gem, just right outside the main house! Everything inside the Airstream has been updated and features its own kitchen, twin-sized bed, full bathroom with a shower, and a futon where someone rather small could sleep if they'd like to! We do have to charge an additional $150 fee if you'd like access to the Airstream to cover the cost of cleaning and extra utilities. The listing sites don't let us advertise this well as an add-on, so we've tried to put this information in as many places as possible. * We are pet-friendly for 2 doggies but require you to let us know and pay an additional fee of $165 and agree to our pet rules. * Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER you book. * Payment requests will be sent through the resolutions center and must be paid for before check-in. We do same-day bookings! The calendar is ALWAYS up to date! There is parking for 2 in the driveway or you may park on the street if needed. * Exterior video surveillance at entrance points. We care about protecting your privacy - NO cameras facing the interior or inside the house. * NO Parties- you will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund * NO Smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near any entry points * Airstream access requires an additional fee to cover the cleaning and utilities of $150 per stay. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc. Other Things to Note: ★★★ PRE-STAY GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED ★★★ To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Please be aware. - For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $80/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service. - Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. - The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. - For longer term stays over 45 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $80/clean in addition to the original amount for the reservation. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service. - Registration for your car is required for garage parking in the assigned spot. Unregistered cars and additional cars more than 1 must park outside along the street otherwise they will be towed if parked in the garage without approved registrations. To register your vehicle for permit to park inside the garage, please send us the following information: License Plate State, License Plate Number, Vehicle Year, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Vehicle Color. Violation of parking policy and registration requirements will be the guest's responsibility. - All packages (except USPS) for guests delivered to our address will be delivered into the LuxerOne lockers in the building. The first 2 days of storage in the lockers after delivery are free, after the 2nd day, guests will accrue a daily charge of $5/day/locker, up to a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days the package will be returned to the sender and a $10 fee per locker will be charged to the guest account. Please be aware that the mailbox, which is used by USPS, is not available to guests and any items delivered to the mailbox cannot be retrieved.
