Security: The home has keyless entry that has a unique code given to ONLY you the morning of check in. You can use this code to get in and out of the home your entire stay. We also have a back up just in case. There is a Ecobee doorbell on the home for security and a camera with microphone in the front yard facing the driveway and street for security. There are absolutely NO camera's inside the home. Quiet hours in Cocoa Beach are 10pm-8am. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the home or within 15 feet of the property.About the House: This house was a labor of love to remodel as our families second home away from home. When we first laid eyes on it, we loved it, but knew we needed to first redesign the 70 year old house to meet modern day style and life. This house has been gutted to the frame. We have removed walls, redone the plumbing and electrical and replaced everything inside. The interior was carefully designed to reflect a modern coastal vibe. Even the doors have been custom constructed and painted to match the coastal green ocean colors you'll see in the Cocoa Beach ocean.
