This beautiful 2 bedroom / 3 full bathroom condo is located inside the historic and iconic Peck Plaza. Peck Plaza is a cylinder looking condo like something out of a Hollywood movie with a beautiful restaurant and bar that sits atop the 29th floor called the "Top Of Daytona" this condo has underwent $16,000,000 in renovations and now boasts pretty much brand new everything. The condo itself is completely renovated and professionally designed. All new furnishings, kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc your vacation will be absolutely immaculate. POV Tour:As you walk into the condo you will see the dining room straight ahead and the full renovated kitchen outfitted for a chef to your left. The kitchen has brand new white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances as well as all of the kitchen amenities you could possibly need for vacation. Construction may occur Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend work. We have no control over this building wide project. The building is divided into two sections:North Side – Units ending in 01 and 02 are completed. (Our unit is an 02 )South Side – Units ending in 03 and 04 The north side of the building has been completed. There would be no construction on outside of the building that impedes your access to the balcony or anything else. Work is now ongoing on the south side.
