Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). Golf and Theme Park lovers, this villa is the one you should choose. This property is not only close to Walt Disney World, but it's located on one of the most famous golf courses in Florida (Southern Dunes)... You will love the view of the gold course, the pool, the proximity to the shops (Walmart: 5 min walk), Walt Disney World, Legoland... The community is gated and has a great restaurant on the golf course (famous for its Sunday brunch). *Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions.
