We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 1.5% and the county requires 12%. - This is a No Pets property and animals of any kind are strictly prohibited by the HOA. Guest acknowledges Blue Pacific by Portoro is not responsible for any issues or disputes with this posted policy regardless of any paperwork provided/filed or any other policies provided by the Guest. Absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed in the home, kept in vehicles, on back patio decks, in any common areas, or on the premises at any time.
